  • how often do you train or exercise? do you do pushups and pullups and other things on a daily basis? do you try to get sore, and if y ou do, do you wait to recover or do you train through it? i ask this because i know if you wait untill you are not sure your muscles will heal, and therefore get bigger. i find myself getting too body builder like!

  • No, planches are not a prerequisite. Flexibility and active compression is the key factor for this skill.

  • mostly self taught - I took a small amount of recreational gymnastics, and a short period of professional circus training (but I was too weak at the time to get much out of it)

  • I think I got them at lululemon in victoria bc, though you can probably find them anywhere that sells yoga pants.

  • Hmm 3 comment replies have disappeared into the ether... Anyway. Yes you can do it. Your success will be a factor of your hard work and dedication. I started at 17 and was 19 or 20 in this video, so 2-3 years. msg if you need more specifics.

  • incredible form - can i ask im not that flexible at the moment but i see potential in myself, is it possible to improve your flexibility, once your my age ( 19 )

  • of course you can... but obviously will not be easy...

    If you train hard yourself you still can get a very good flexibility

  • You can improve strength, flexibility, anything at any age.

  • Clearly. The thing actually is that at younger age ppl (kids) are more flexible by nature and if they don't use the full range of motion with muscle and joints, they tend to get stiff. So at older age you just have to reach the same lvl which you could have easily held if started maintaining your body at younger age.
