@jimmywacked I would guess it's a AmeriJet, but I don't know. and about the wing lets, I actually don't know that ether, but I guess all 727-200adv(F) have those
this one is hushed, i can tell. a 727 from dhl comes to barbados every day and when it takes off i can here that distinct roar of the engines, which i didnt hear in this video(i can be wrong of course) but still an awsome song non the less
That is an amazing departure climb-out to avoid the terrain. Man, looks like fun. Another good one like this, but even more intense, is the "Lemon Creek Departure Procedure" used by Alaska Airlines in Juneau (JNU), which has aircraft immediately turn hard left, then hard right back over the runway, to avoid terrain around the airport.
@MrPreston49 The plane was a passenger jet,but have been converted to Cargo.. Owner is AmeriJet Intl.
Plane had as passenger jet 134 seats in a 2 class configuration. It was Buildt in 1979 and have serial 21426 :D
Have been with Nigeria Airways,Charlotte Aircraft Corporation,Alaska Airlines and Continental Micronesia before entering service in Amerijet..Hope it helped alittle bit :D
hi, one question, im from Mexico and i want to know where is St. Maarten, i was heard that is in Argentina, if you can say me where is this city or island ,)
Geeze...I can't imagine being right next to a 727 at full power! They used to fly a mile or more above my house and they were loud even at that distance!
@pilotdynan yes spent many hours flying that fine bird...out of all types I flew the old three holer was my favorite steed...its design is as beautiful today as when first released.
I hope the 727 don,t stop with fly :) i don,t have seen a 727, because they don,t comes at Schiphol. Maybe to loud!
