@EyesLiesHD it was not at its best. It was it at its best when there were no trade limits and free wildy. Personally i liked the old graphics as well i hate this new crap! Unfortanlly people are never stafied and they complained at the wildy (old) and scamming so they fixed it and know every1 is POed because of these two were changed. Now Jagex is trying to fix it by adding new graphics skills hitpoints. Its now a knock off a WoW! Runescape is runied due to the fact people cant stop complaing!

@ImForPK its called masking as ObsceneAct said. Its not an effect and you can find it on sony vegas under POSITION in your sony vegas pan and crop. It comes with Sony Vegas pro 7 (according to boomertwins), sony vegas 8 (i dont no what kind but im guessing pro) and sony vegas pro 9 (for 9, it doesnt come w/ movie studio-only comes w/ professional). Hope that helps :)
