Yes, but still, she had no problem lying to the other person involved in that relationship, which was Carly. Just like Jason has chosen not to tell Sam or Lucky for himself. Liz never has forced anyone to lie...every single person involved has made their own decisions.
No...she wanted to be left alone and disappear...but Sonny,Jason, and Jax kept looking for her...then it was Jason's idea to change the paternity without even telling Sam about it first...in my opinion what i detest about Liz's choice is not the she is keeping a secret but that she denying Jason the right to be a father and using Jake to help Lucky! Lucky is a grown man!!! Liz needs to stop being an enabaler.

Scam (Samantha McCall) is clearly proving my point for me: she is a sleazy con artist who does whatever she wants to get back @ people! She grew up scamming people, & she's doing the exact same thing to Lucky (aka: UnLucky). Believe me, she will probably tell UnLucky the truth about Jake as soon as Jason gets out of prison and sees Elizabeth & him together (with their son most likely), & just can't wait to get Elizabeth back for all of the "pathetic, terrible things" that she has done.

The major difference with that was that Sonny (the real father) new what was going on. Sam did not lie to Sonny about not being the father.
