All treaties the President negociates must be ratified by the Senate before it can go into force. The US Constitution cannot be overridden by foreign treaties.

Stupid me. Congress has to ratify the treaty first. The leftwing Congress probably will BUT not right away. In 11/2010 a new Congress will come in. There is hope even after he signs it.

I shutter at the thought of living under a One World gov't, and having universal health care. I will DEFINATELY be calling my senators Monday and telling them that if they ratify the treaty Obama will most likely sign, i will not vote for them. And the same goes for health care.
