  • Do you find that there's a delay when you type? I use this keyboard on my palm pilot and I sometimes I have to wait a few seconds until the letter I press shows up on the screen. Oy!

  • What is that little screen?

Is that transmitting the laptop's screen image, or is there a computer in there?

  • The screen is what people call an "Ultra Mobile Personal Computer".

Small and light for the kind of stuff you'd want to do while on the move.

  • i guess its good if your traveling

  • lol

  • Please my brother helop me. I saw your video the ux180 an the STOWAWAY UNIVERSAL BLUETOOTH KEYBOARD.I have the same keyboard that you have and i have ux280 but i cant do the connection i dont know why I installed the keyboard application, but it telling i have to do the paskey I cant change it. when i tray to wrhite some thing in the box paskey the key my pc and the keyboard both dont want to work , it says aftr you enter the paskey clicke enter on your blutooth keyboard

  • Stowaway's user manual and

UX's Toshiba Bluetooth Stack will help you.

  • if i remember the code is 0000

  • whats the point of the keyboard it has a built in one...

  • it's too small & fiddly!

  • well the keyboard of the UX are small

  • Can you imagine how ridiculously hard it would be to chat on that thing? Let alone play a game? I own one of these UX UMPCs and my "fingers" (more like thumbs, because of how you grab it) are too big for its microscopic keys. Often I have to use the stylus to punch the keys in. So answer me this question; Whats the point in having a brain if you can't/don't use it...

  • That's why I find my Vaio P better, because it has an almost fullsize keyboard.

Depends on what you want though, clamshell subnotebook or slider style UMPC.

  • @G1NZOU I just want it for WoW on the go... Yeah, I'm a nerd. On some other related news, I broke my lappy :( I'm so sad about it now. I loved that thing... Oh well just need a replacement screen.

  • Hmm, I've seen someone getting WoW to work on the Vaio P so it should work OK on the UX.

I play some old PlayStation games on mine without any lag most of the time.

  • Yeah! I did the same thing. I loved playing Castlevania SOTN on it. Good stuff for where you're on the go.

  • cuz its the size of a pda keyboard ...

  • who needs vista??

    nice vid man :D

  • would you say those bluetooth portable keyboards are a substitute for the on-screen keyboard? is it as comfortable while your standing or just for when your at your desk?

  • You bought a Sony Vaio UX? You're nuts paying that amount of money, it's way overpriced!

  • nice

  • Eww gross, XP. The newer Sony Vaio UX Micro PC with Vista is better!

  • Doesn't work with the new UX that has vista, you can for get trying to get any blue tooth keyboard to work, its not compatible with vista

  • nice I have been looking for a video like this !

  • Do you find it awkward not having dedicated number keys? Or is there a mode in which the top row can be dedicated to the numbers?

  • :o dandy

  • English is not my mother language, it's difficult to descript how to pair up. I'll make another video to show how to do. Give me your mail address, I'll send you the link after uploading the new video.

  • Hi Unigo..just wondering where country are you from...My surname is also unigo and our grandfather was a chinese looking man...are you from china also? if Unigo is your surname..then we are relatives..may I know which part of china you come from?

  • I'm from Taiwan, and UNIGO is my company name.

  • Hi UNIGO...I also have a UX with a Stoaway keyboard. I can't get the two to pair up. Can you please help? Thanks in advance!!

  • did you manage to make it work I have just recieved my UX and my Stowaway BT keyboard works fine

from your UX launch the BT manager add new device

and from the Stwoaway keyboard press CTRL+LEFT FN+RIGHT

FN the UX will ask you to enter a code that will be displayed from it's screen you only have to type the code from the Stowaway keyboard and press ENTER

once paired click on the keyboard icone right mouce click and say connect this should work

    keep me posted

    until next time

  • How or where I can obtain the driver for the keyboard and be able to use it in the Vaio UX180P?

  • It doesn't need any driver, just use Toshiba Bluetooth Stack to pair up.

  • what's the point?

  • The point is : This bluetooth keyboard works perfect with Sony VAIO UX Series!

  • Hey, how does the phone function work for the UX?
