Well this video was posted 4 months ago, so I have lost a good bit of weight since then. But I don't use the traditional method of losing weight, such as treadmills and "proper exercise". For the past week doing a "secret" way of exercising. So far it's been leaving my arms and legs hurting like all hell after one hour. But it's working.
