For most of this i didnt use windows movie maker but this is what u can do!

1. Put the music on the video.

2. Then save as a movie file.

3. Then reput the movie file u saved, on wmm.

4. Then add punching sounds.

5. save as a movie file. =) try it out it should work =) if u have any questions just ask
