This is very typical in Singapore. I witnessed two weeks ago when I was visiting my cousins. I've seen people walking holding hands, share shoulder, and even eat from 1 one plate at same time. In the market places group of 4/5 people eating from the same plate. I don't see anything wrong with that or such as this. Agree with angelfishlover, without them, we won't have people working in the hard labour industries like construction, garbage collector etc. We are really spoilt and pampered. A lot don't even know how to iron their own clothes or use a washing machine. We complain 2 much and no survival instinct when the need arises except for a handful.
