depends on your usage..actually, with normal use, the leather handles will turn into a nice golden honey shade... to me, it looks beautiful and only the Real ones will do that.

i've noticed that when the raw leather is exposed to any water, it turns an ugly brown color .

@jadeforelo i thought it was oxidiation or oxidisation or something. yeah, it does depend on the usage. if you dont like the 'ugly brown leather' you could always just buy a fake. but i wouldnt recomend it: crappy quality and terrible child labour. you have to be prepared to like the rich colour it turns or not buy one at all

you can put a waterbottle upright in the 25 comfortably, but i wouldnt recommend it, chance of spillage!

I have a weird opinion on the 25 vs 30 LOL. I love my Damier azur 30. I like the damier ebony 25 and the classic monogram 30.

i have the speedy 25 and it's too small but, it was gift from my grandmother.

i just dont use it very much, I feel if I had a 30 or even 35 I would use it much more.

I received my 25 this week and it is perfect. I have plenty of room to get my hands in there to reach my Brighton full size wallet, a small cosmetic bag (which holds nasal sprays, lipsticks 4 ink pens, lip liners, so the CB is ample too), glasses, sunglasses, about 4 sets of car/house keys.  I never thought I could enjoy the Speedy as much as I do!

Hi, loved your video and Speedys! I bought my Lockit (medium) over 3 years ago. I have carried it well over 2 dozen times, stored it in its sleeper and the rolled handles still have a bit of the light pink left. I can see a very slight change. I always have clean hands, NO HAND LOTION on my palms, nooo way! My others are used from eBay and the honey gold patina gets on my nerves . . . :-) Thanks again for your video, I really enjoyed it!

i think it will look even cuter for a taller person! it is stil roomy, but just make sure that the opening is comfortable for your hands to get in and out of... otherwise, i think you will look great in it (too!) :)

CONGRATULATIONS! the leather handles are untreated and over time it will naturally turn honey brown, which is gorgeous! but the only way to prolong that light brown color is to keep it in its dustbag when not in use and use it Hardly at all. if you only use it only on special occasions and then store it in its dustbag when not in use, it will stay nice and light for about 1 to 2 yrs ... thanks!

Hi LoveYou1397, Unfortunately, the handles will turn brown with time. However, I have the Horizontal Lockit from 2006 and have used this bag over 2 dozen times. I make certain that there are no excessive oils on my hands, forearms and palms since this speeds up the oxidation process. The handles have turned very little, though they aren't as pale as when first purchased, the pale golden hue does not take away from its richness. :)

i think its comes down to preference, i am a small chick and have the damier in 25 and it fits more than enough for me. i think for anyone who is looking at both and can't decide your best bet is to go to the store and try them on. When i went the 25 was just right for me and the 30 was too big and baggy. Its up to you, plus its only a $25 difference

To make the strap not fall, just put the strap crossed from each other, like out the one that falls first and then put the other one! It works like a charm.

do not use leahter conditioners, or lotions, just use a damp cloth to remove new dirt. unfortunately, i havent found anything that will remove heavy or old dark stains or oils... but not to worry, thats a sign that your bag is REAL-be proud! the fake ones are almost plastic and everything wipes off! thanks...

i know... its really hard to decide... i started with a vintage speedy 30 monogrm first and paid $80.00. i LIKED it and then bought 25at the LV store-found it was too small and i exchanged it (w/in 14 days) for the 30 brand new. BUT THEN, i missed the 25, cause it looked cute, so 2 yrs later, i bought a 25- for keeps this time! THE DAMIER is, in my opinion, more modern vs the monogram, which is more classic. just a matter of your personal choice- or save up and just get both ! good luck! :-)

I am 5 feet tall . I dont know when they make their increases but when I've seen it go up around December and again in the following spring..and at least 1 -3 more during the rest of the year!! When you buy it from the LV Store or any LV Boutique or even online, they will allow 14 days for return or exchange. I've purchased the Neverfull and ended up returning it cause at the time, I did not like it. : ( but NOW, I wish I kept it since it was only $575 then and its much more now :(  ...
