Ha we have a siamese and in two weeks will have a chestnut OSH kitten... love your comparisson of their voices to Tom Waits! Hadn't thought of that. :) They're truly great companions. Our Siamese is deaf and talks so so so loud.. I think she's trying to hear herself.

He's Hungarian born, with ancestors in Finland. The famous beauty, Itari Ilmainen was his grandpa. :-)

Yup! Sounds just like my 2 orieantals :) Vlad and Boris i have 2 Caramel Spotted Tabbies (10 years old) but still have a good old chatter :)

My grandma has a black (chocolate) oriental Tolly and he chatters away like a gooden :)

my oriental does the same thing, it can get a little annoying though, he is so loud! he is such a dog! i love these cats!

As I know much of the oriental cats like talking to their room-mates! I don't want to use the word OWNER as we do not own him, only share our lives with a perfect creature. :-)

We lough a lot on his meowing, as something calls his attention and he begins to talk about it at once. He would make a perfect patient for any psychchologist with so much talk! :-)
