  • Too bad NPS shot and killed this guy because he was looking for dinner (His natural prey "THE PLOVER") Sad aint it. NPS Kills the fox to save the plover to shut down the beaches... NICE OBX NPS!!!!

  • I found this fox in a State park--not National Park. I know the State does not kill any animal unless non-native or invasive as I have worked for the NC state park system. If the NPS is killing foxes to protect Plovers then you can bet that they have done their homework and it is in a controlled way in order to keep the balance we humans have screwed up in our lust to turn everything into money.
