I love this product. As soon as it came out I got one. I hate using drain cleaners because they are so toxic. It is so easy my wife can use it. Her long hair is no longer a drain problem in our bathroom sink or bath tub.

Waste of money. Look how short those snakes are! Plumbers snakes are at least 20 feet long! Don't want hair in your drains? buy a mesh cup strainer for each one. Any good hardware store like True Value or Ace carries them. Also every month pour a cup of bleach down the drain and then immediately flush it with a pot of boiling hot water as a preventitive measure.
