I found this video looking for a place of winter vacation, so many greeat memories... For me perfect place in spite of 80 % of russians, inspite of the pool being repaired-the place was simply awasome..hope hilton is at least the same:)

Rubbish hotel, certainly not 5 star. Loud hip hop music played from 10am-5pm by the "Animation Team", I would not recommend this hotel to anyone under the age of 15.
I agree..absolute rubbish. I will NEVER go back and I do not reccommend this Hotel to any-one. TIP If you go on any of the boat tours do not buy the DVD's that they try to sell you. They will have a cameraman who is supposedly filming and will try to sell you a dvd for about 20 euro..
of course you can't play it to check the quality or the content. I've tried to play mine when I got home the quality is so bad you cannot see the picture and the contect of the film has nothing to do with the trip my daughter and I took.
The name of the company is Top Quality it is shit quality pass it on to any of your friends please..these people should not get away with ripping us off.
