@medusaview This is not right. There are a few yesterdays who want the D-Mark back. But most of the people even well educated people know what we have in this currency, and the european union. The EU brought us peace in Europe for a long time now. The Euro is a solid currency more stable than the D-Mark. Maybe there is a way which Hans-Olaf Henkel talked about, to create a northern and a southern Euro. This could be part of a solution..

How much money is spent on this dirty diplomacy, how many people do nothing at all and live on others expenses while they ristrict all budgets: health care, education, social care and so on. All this money stolen by diplomacy could solve many problems.

Actually the so called deal on Greece is anything but a deal. The solution was given by the ECB and Mr. Trichet and we thank him for it. the IMF's contribution to solving the Greece crisis, should it become necessary, would reduce Germany's share of any bailout by only a little. But let's not ponder such because Greece is not asking for money; only lowering its debt cost.
