Ive never remembered my dreams for around 20 years, i think i might have a nightmare once or twice a year that wakes me up but other than that i dont dream, is there something wrong in that?
so i had sort of a night mare not really bad one but u know just... yeah so i reliazed that i was dreaming i jumped and started flying but suddently i woke up .. that sucked what can i do to keep lucid dreaming ?
@GamingDreamGuy Hi =) ! Once you realize you're dreaming, keep doing reality checks, look at your hands and remind yourself you are dreaming. Also try not to get too excited when you are lucid, that will usually make you wake up or drift back into dream state. Hope this helps!!!
If anyone can help answer a question I have please do so. For the last couple of years since my accident I have had what I was told was night paralysis. They happen very often and can be a very scary situation to be in. I am fully conscious to my surroundings but cannot move my body or open my eyes no matter how hard I try. I still can see weird things and hear noises. It was not until a few months ago that I was told it is called an out of body experience. Can someone please elaborate on this
@TheShaneWorld18 OBE= Out of Body Experience, its when you are asleep, and your astral/energy body leaves your physical body. It happens naturally, but people dont always remember what happens in their dreams, keeping a dream journal helps increase dream recall. If you'd like to learn more about Obe, also called Astral Projection, check out my newest video on MAPS, and the links below the vid. =) Peace
@dudemann100 *~Actually yes, by drawing it you might even get more dream recall. ( I've done that before.) Also, look at the drawing before you go to sleep, it may trigger the same dream again for you. ~* Love&Peace =)
@dudemann100 There is such a thing as a non dualistic experience that you might have encountered - it defies explanation by its very nature (somewhat paradoxical to our intuition) - check out my vid (not plug promise) "What is Reality?" - might help

I've certainly experienced a great deal of OBEs to use the term
The word "experience" here however is impartial and does not infer that anyone has "actually" left their body but instead experienced the effect subjectively
Are we "Out of Body" in dreams?
The biological brain-mind states of dreams, hypnosis, OBEs all exhibit the same neural expression so what defines the "Out" apart from some subjective anecdotes :)

I had the same bed since I was 9 (I am 20 now) in the night I was able to cause sleep paralysis (more than 12 times per night) and I had fun when controling my movements and breathing to achieve waking up. One year ago I went abroad for my studies and during that year I never could cause sleep paralysis (had a new bed). I went back home and my mother had already bought a new bed for me.... What can I do? Is this because of the bed?
@nattyb45 Is the bed in the same position as the old one? If not, I recomend putting it in the same spot, I've read sleeping with your head faceng North, feet South, can help achieve lucidity. Usually when I become conscious in a dream I go through a portal and straight into sleep paralysis, then see my bedroom.
What confuses me though is when I'm like semi conscious in a dream? I'm sort of in control, but not? I'm watching it like a movie and realise what's going, but I duno it's confusing haha!
@Super5thDimension Same here, Every time I realize that I am in a dream my mind tries a false awakening and it never works -_- then I just lay in my bed in sleep paralysis whether its in a dream or in reality I never know. I have tried steps like breathing heavily, or blinking hard but they haven't worked.
@904xxiGhost I'm almost certain it's real when we're in that paralyzed state, because I've had it a fair few times (mainly on my back), but there's been a rare few I've had it whilst on my sides. I've then woken up in the exact same position after breaking out of that state.
Have you tried doing the rope technique or forcing yourself out your body? Man I'm like glued in! There's only been one time where I spun out and woke up with this spinning sensation in my forehead. It was pretty intense lol

I haven't been no. I tried it just under a year ago, but stopped. Usually I play some music when I go to sleep and I tend to dream about the artists which will then trigger something. It doesn't always work, sort of 50/50.
My main problem is trying to overcome fear. I've heard we can't be hurt unless we allow them to, but I duno... just the appearance of something would creep me out lmao.
Wow your awsome! :D this helped alot thank you, lol I had a little trouble lucid dreaming this morning and I thought I did somthing wrong but I'm not sure
@sonic619760 *~I feel you, I'm poor too and theres nothing wrong with the ghetto way. You can take a piece of cardboard to make the cover to keep your dream papers together,-I've done this myself when I needed a journal. "Necessity is the mother of invention". Thank you for commenting, and best of luck in achieving lucidity! ☮&❤!!! Namaste ;}~*`
I have been having lucid dreams for many years, but I always wondered why I am able to have lucid dreams practically every night yet I know ppl who have never had one. One thing you said rang true for me. I ALWAYS ask myself in real life, "Am I dreaming?" I do that several times a day and that is how I started lucid dreaming. One night while in a dream, the dream seemed to good to be true so I asked myself that question. While dreaming, I REALIZED I was dreaming and that's how it started
@MakeItFunkyProds *~I believe everyone can achieve lucidity by asking themselves if theyre dreaming, With focus and repetition, you program your mind. It works kinda like an automatic software update on a computer, and automatically happens in your sleep. Thank you for commenting! ☮&❤!!!~*
I really want to know how dream journals exactly help you, i understand the idea but is it really necessary or does it just improve chances of having an LD by alot My perspectives of the DreamJournals purpose seems to be on dream recall then using the dream youve had and remembering certain aspects or properties of a dream and trying to recognize them for the next time. A lot of times though thats still not enough,so i want to know on a scale of 1 -10 (1 being none)how helpful are dream journal?
@MrSuperSmashed *~Anything you can do to increase focus and your desire to lucid dream helps, so along with having the journal for the purposes you mention, it helps by focusing desire, and the added repetition of writing in the journal may even carry over into your dream. From my personal experience keeping a dream journal, I'd say is a 10 in helpfulness. Theres also a supplement called 'choline bitartrate' that I've found helpful for lucididty.~* ;} Peace
@dreamfaeiry :O Thanks for your help, ill start using a dream journal and hopefully I can have my next LD soon, because I only had 1 so far and that was back in August and I had about 2 or 3 obes but they only lasted a short time and 1 false awakening. Im just listing my LD and LD related history since I've discoevered lucid dreaming which was back in august with my first LD. Thanks again
Ive had lucid dreams before when i realize im having a lucid dream I try to find girls to suck there tities and I try to keep myself from waking up :)
I've had a mild interest in lucid dreaming for a while, but I've never really pursued it. But after stumbling on your channel you've basically made it my quest now. Especially since it's been hard for me to remember my dreams at all lately. Thanks dreamfaeiry!
@DeltaSquadGO *~Awesome, and thank you kindly!!! Lucid dreaming, is such an amazing thing to experience, you're gonna love it!!! Good luck on your way to lucidity!!! ☮&❤!!!~*
@Ladymanico *~Yes, binaural beats can be helpful for achieving lucid dreams. Theres some good ones on youtube, try one for meditation and see how it makes you feel. There's also lots of websites that offer free demos to check out too. ☮&❤!!!~*
@uaepack ~When I was about 13, my friend had an OBE and it sparked my interest in it. So I started to do research, found out about lucid dreaming, and tried different techniques until I found what worked best for me.~☮❤
@artistcommissions *~First let me thank you for taking time to watch and comment on my video! -I must say though, being a talented artist like yourself, I would have hoped for a more creative comment. But your answer is no, I'm a woman.
@Flerg3 ~Dont give up, some people can achieve this right away, while others may take longer. Just keep trying and it will happen eventually.Theres a supplement called 'choline bitartrate' which can be helpful to achieve lucidity. Also be sure to get enough sunshine (vitamin D3),it makes the chemicals you need to dream. Remember, doing reality checks often and writing in your journal daily, increase your focus and desire to achieve this.-Its kinda like programing your brain like its a computer~☮❤!!!
@chrisig0 *~Write in a dream journal daily, even if you dont remember, write that you dont remember. By doing so you are putting focus on your desire to dream. I didnt have good dream recall untill I started writing in it daily. Also try affirmations before going to sleep, tell yourself: 'I will remember my dreams when I wake up', and meditate on it too. Think of your brain as a computer, and program it. I hope this helps. Love and light to you and yours!!!~*
to do good reality checks don't move or your WILL break your trance instead just open and close your eyes ONCE if you can still see you are dreaming if you can't see like a normal time when your eyes are closed you are awake. for some good tips watch luciddreamtricks' videos they take about 1-3 hours to watch all the videos he has on his site trust me. first try i at least sleep paralyzed myself by 50%. I am not advertising I am giving my honest o[inion they work fast they work well. *OPINION*
@greendonutz89 ~binaural beats can be helpful, there are alot of them on youtube, try a meditation or relaxation one to see how they make you feel. -(you need to use headphones to listen to them) ;} Namaste!!!~
@Snopp202 Isn't a lucid dream a dream where you DO realise you are asleep/dreaming and are able to not ony think about the events in the dream but to a degree control them?
@Yuri92001 yes i knew i was asleep but my mind fuck up sometimes, last night i was gonna fly and i know im sleeping but i cant fully controll my dreams.
Yeah I have gotten to the point that if I choose I can sometimes control my dream.
Or I control whenI want to wake up....I think "eh what time is it I wanttowake up and check" then I consciously open my eyes and get up....get water...goto the bathroom...then continue with the SAME dream :)
@Yuri92001 cool, well im starting to get more and more used to it, i always feel when i go lucid that everything is vibrating, like im jumping from reality to the dream so to say, so im kind of getting there.
ive only had a sleep paralyzis that it was followed by one of the weirdest dreams ive ever had .i dont dream allot though ...and weirdly that day i was sleeping on my sofa for a change and i remember i was a litle uncomfortable before falling asleep and i believe taht helps alot to have this kind of dreams
these are very great tips for beginners. i realized a few years ago when i was going through sleep paralysis alot, without being willing... and not being able to wake up , i felt alot like i was dreaming when i wasnt and id actaully have to check. id even ask people sometimes, friends that is. i started being able to control the SP even more and eventually learned to lucid dream. i dont do it much anymore becuase the problem i have is not being able to wake up after i get so far.
Isn't this like cheating? If you incarnate for the purpose of spiritual development and you tap into the akashic field, it's like taking a test while sneaking peaks at the textbook. You're not really learning anything.
@louisvonbeethoven *~I dont think its cheating, astral projection occurs naturally. Everyone does it, its just that most people dont remember their experience, or they dismiss it as an odd dream. But by gainig control of it, some people are able to work through problems of their daily life. Also lucid dreaming is great for people with physical limitations, or like myself, chronic pain because you have no limitations or severe pain while in the lucid state. ;} Love and light to you and yours!!!~*

I have this as well as sleep paralysis, however I don't have this as much. It's a really fun experience to able to change your dreams and run around doing what you want knowing it's only a dream. It's kinda like your own little world where anything can happen. Sleep paralysis on the other hand isn't so great. Very scary.
@Jcm9991 *~Be sure to get enough sunshine (vitamin D3),it makes the chemicals you need to dream. And theres a supplement called 'choline bitartrate' which can be helpful to achieve lucidity. Love and light to you and yours!!!~*
Wow thanx very much, this is helpful for beginners such as I. I am 16 and last week I got into lucid dreaming. I wud sometimes dream but I didn't care much till I found out about lucid dreaming, like when I dreamt it wuz like a movie cuz I cud'nt control myself but I see my actions. But now I have 2-5 dreams a night, not yet lucid though STEPS: dream journal, continuously tell myself I will have a lucid dream. Any other ideas? thnx for listening
@metallikserphent ~ you basically want to program yourself through repetition,-like daily software. Be persistant and patient, you'll get there! ;} Namaste!!!~
Thanks for sharing!! I have had out of body experiences quite a few times.. but never when I actually TRY to do them. It is something I would really like to get some control over. I meditate almost every day... I do experiments when falling to sleep as well every night. Is kind of you to help to teach others :) -Caly
Could you please explain to me what an O B E is because i think i may have had one. and also in the morning i wake up my sister at 5:30 am and i go back to bed and i experience sleep paralysis. It's making me kind of scared and i dont know what to do. I would also like to lucid dream and I will try tonight. Thanks for the help :D.
@therealLindi.... an o.b.e = out of body experience... when bassically ur looking at yourself doing something or lying down but in your dream just things like that :)
You are very informative. I had these symptoms all my life, but never told anyone. I been having conscious obe's for a few months now and I have been getting the most educational insight on the afterlife, man made religion and how we forgot who we truly were. Good video's and keep them coming..
Thanks for all the info and thanks for looking nice and picking a decent corner to film. I'm tired of people looking like crap, like they just rolled out of bed, while recording videos for the world to see.
Hi thelogicalguy, when you do hand checks,be sure to ask yourself "am I dreaming?"That question will also carry over to your dream state,so when you see your hand/legs glow -you'll know you're dreaming, and should be able to get lucid/obe and maintain that state with hand/reality checks.Light&love&peace!
I found out what that was... I have succesfully induced out of body experience from SP but when I wrote this comment i have not yet...
U see that buzzing noise is us. it is our souls.. and when we concentrate to step into the dream world or move out of ur body u will actually start to be awake in a dream.
Try it the next time u have sleep paralysis.. Do not be afraid, the buzzing noise is you; go with the flow and u will step into the dream world fully conscious
the best way to have an obe is an isolation tank or smoking salvia divinorum or D.M.T salvia and dmt are very religious experiences i would compare them to the beauty that is beyond death...
salvia sent my friend into another reality where you exist as part of a machine (the closest thing to what it looked like there) an while there its your life but then realized its not his real life and got out it was outrageous i even now can recall a time i was there it must be another existance people are a part of in another life

journal is not important..why making it so confusing and make it harder for ppl to learn these techniques keep it simple ,clean and easy ;)...not worth to write..
Journals are important because, according to scientific studies, many people who do not write down their dreams forget about 95-98% of their dreams. The more you remember the dreams you have, the more aware you are of your dreams and the more chances you have for lucidity. She's not making it confusing, she's clearing it up for many people. By the way, stress is not the key; it hinders your dream recall and makes your dreams less pleasant, for example, exploding houses that represent anger.
second ...... how to have lucid dreams..thats pretty easy..just think of it b4 u go to sleep.like
i'll be in control of my dream..i'll control the situation my dreams..if it doesn't have first day it will happen next day..program ur brains b4 u go to bed..hehehe easy
This comment has received too many negative votesshow
please with all this...build up stress ..think of negative things...that will generate those waves to have obe's ..just lay down and ull start having obe's in 5 mins..STRESSSSSSSSS IS THE KEY..
even if u come out of paralysis and u have some stress try to sleep again ..and woh ull go in paralysis again...thats my new technique
should u be naked when astral project? and when u lay on the bed should u imagine all the time ''i am going out of my body i am going out of my body'', and when u fill that tickeling vibration, should u move to the side to roll our of body or what? btw wile i am sitting here i can somehow just do so my whole body tickless some how can everybody do that? thnx =)
You should be comfortable when you attempt to astral project, clothed or naked. When you feel the tickle, relax, you dont need to move your body. You will feel a vibration,at the onset of obe,let the "tickle" happen, maintain focus of your desire to leave your body.Love light&peace!
yes i can do that, it makes your heart beat prety fast and gives u energy. So basically it energy like what a chi master uses to levetate, only they use way more.
hey what do you think of extremely realistic dreams that are recalled easily for years? I have these from time to time and they always seem to have something to do with my destiny.
You should definately write them in a journal,and compare them to other dreams, search for deeper meanings.Dreams are often prophetic,and you may be able to use their input in positive ways. :}
Have you ever tried eating foods high in vitamin b6? it can increase the intensity & frequency of dreams. Also certain foods like cheese, spinache,& nutmeg(spinache pie) can intinsify dreams. :) Peace.
Ive never remembered my dreams for around 20 years, i think i might have a nightmare once or twice a year that wakes me up but other than that i dont dream, is there something wrong in that?

MrSuperSmashed 11 months ago

WHAT IF YOU DONT REMEMBER YOUR DREAMS?!?! :(
chrisig0 1 year ago

*OPINION*

i had a really uncomfortable. lucid
i was lying in my bed. then my mom came in naked making out with another guy, then i felt i awoke and fell asleep thena beutiful woman comes in etc.
weird. but never realized i was sleeping so i couldnt control much and everytime it got intense i woke up :(
Snopp202 1 year ago
@Snopp202 Isn't a lucid dream a dream where you DO realise you are asleep/dreaming and are able to not ony think about the events in the dream but to a degree control them?
Yuri92001 1 year ago
@Yuri92001 yes i knew i was asleep but my mind fuck up sometimes, last night i was gonna fly and i know im sleeping but i cant fully controll my dreams.
Snopp202 1 year ago
@Snopp202 AH ok gotcha.
Yeah I have gotten to the point that if I choose I can sometimes control my dream.
Or I control whenI want to wake up....I think "eh what time is it I wanttowake up and check" then I consciously open my eyes and get up....get water...goto the bathroom...then continue with the SAME dream :)
Yuri92001 1 year ago

You're not really learning anything.
louisvonbeethoven 1 year ago

Very scary.

It helps also to look during the day time around and say: this is a dream.
Then in a nite dream you may "wake up" in your dreaming ... and be aware that all is but a dream.
The question is: who is dreaming?
This is actually meditation practice.

true,,,looking at your hands while awake will carry over into your dream life.
however most times when i am dreaming and take the time to look at my hands and legs ,,they seem to be glowing
thelogicalGuy 2 years ago
Hi thelogicalguy, when you do hand checks,be sure to ask yourself "am I dreaming?"That question will also carry over to your dream state,so when you see your hand/legs glow -you'll know you're dreaming, and should be able to get lucid/obe and maintain that state with hand/reality checks.Light&love&peace!

salvia sent my friend into another reality where you exist as part of a machine (the closest thing to what it looked like there) an while there its your life but then realized its not his real life and got out it was outrageous i even now can recall a time i was there it must be another existance people are a part of in another life

journal is not important..why making it so confusing and make it harder for ppl to learn these techniques keep it simple ,clean and easy ;)...not worth to write..
mafiaguyzxxx 2 years ago
Journals are important because, according to scientific studies, many people who do not write down their dreams forget about 95-98% of their dreams. The more you remember the dreams you have, the more aware you are of your dreams and the more chances you have for lucidity. She's not making it confusing, she's clearing it up for many people. By the way, stress is not the key; it hinders your dream recall and makes your dreams less pleasant, for example, exploding houses that represent anger.

should u be naked when astral project? and when u lay on the bed should u imagine all the time ''i am going out of my body i am going out of my body'', and when u fill that tickeling vibration, should u move to the side to roll our of body or what? btw wile i am sitting here i can somehow just do so my whole body tickless some how can everybody do that? thnx =)

zernestro 2 years ago
You should be comfortable when you attempt to astral project, clothed or naked. When you feel the tickle, relax, you dont need to move your body. You will feel a vibration,at the onset of obe,let the "tickle" happen, maintain focus of your desire to leave your body.Love light&peace!

You should definately write them in a journal,and compare them to other dreams, search for deeper meanings.Dreams are often prophetic,and you may be able to use their input in positive ways. :}
