  • This prooves that with a tidy garage, some basic tools, plenty of time and lots of reasearch, everything is possible on a Porsche

  • I remember you going graduating from college in the mid US, moving to the NW, then getting a Jeep, Mustang, now a Porche? Sounds pretty neat. Mine 340 car is red, and just now ready for new paint- so many red/black ones, this one will be receiving a new factory style white stripe and interior. Its an orig 4sp car and may have the orig drivetrain. I have not checked it yet, but it was a race car and I did remove most of the speed equip. George

  • @burrpenick Haha, yes I guess I can't deny my automotive ADD, but it has made for a lot of highly diverse experiences! This car is #17 on my "resume." Anyway, sounds like a nice car with a classic color combination, and you've gotta love the 4-speed. Hopefully it's not too rusty!

  • long way from that 340 Duster eh? George in Tallahasse...........now finishing up a 340 Duster!

  • @burrpenick Hahaha, yes, it's been a long, convoluted journey since that old Duster followed me home..gosh, 13 years ago! Is yours the red one in the video?

  • Amazing!! I could not do that with a gun to my head! Nice job Travis!

  • @roadrunner1969383 Thanks Stu! It's been a lot of work but there's not a doubt in my mind it will be worth it!

  • Holy moly...even in fast-motion it still looks like a lot of work :-)
