Vitamin E in carrots help increase the amount of light you can see at night, it doesn't improve your vision though. It can help by clearing up alot of the fuzz that you see when you're looking into dark places, or when your eyes are closed.
@cjohnnys Carrots do not help your eyesight. It was a British trick. Telling their pilots that carrots will make you see better where the enemy planes are. Carrots meaning Radars. just alittle correction :p
really? should I really consult the number you left before I do something that is in no way going to affect my eyes in a permanent way? Fucking spammers

Just remove the filter on the lense and use a tv remote to shine infrared light. Your camera can see it.

Why is the perifieral vision always easier to see?
rhysie21 3 years ago
because theres more rhodopsin (rod cells) in them rather in your pupil, so they are much more ultra-sensitive to light than directly in the center

Fair enough. I just always thought it was because of TV and computer monitors burning out a hole in your vision.
