Great liner....it doesn't smudge off like other liquid or pencil liners....the only thing is I have to dip it twice to finish my top eyelid but it turns to be ok. It is a major plus to line my bottom lid; the liner doesn't glob up in one spot---4/5 stars for me!!!!

Is liquid liner safe for the bottom? Because I use liquid for the top and pencil or crayon for the bottom

@animenightwalker i use it underneath the lower lashes so it doesn't actually get in my eye or anything... and yes i use the same for my waterline and tightline.

I Absouletly AH-Dore how you did your eyeliner I never been able to put it on and I was always fustrated cause I LOVE makeup and I used to just wear eyeshadow for eyeliner or the soft pencils the one you twist up but I wanted to try something different and I LOVE how you did your liquid eyenliner THANK YOU!!!

no, it seems to last all day. sometimes you need to reapply before going out at night if you applied it very early in the morning.
