Boy Meets World was a very uneven show. It could do both comedy and drama beautifully, but then there were times when it would get just flat out absurd and stupid. The Eric character was especially dumbed down as the series went on. However, scenes like this just blew me away. I liked the show best when it was based in reality, as opposed to the more farce-like approach the show would often take in the later years.
