    He's changing the shape of his mouth, which changes the pitch of the sound. He's also using breathing techniques which gives a different sound.

  • From what I've been able to gather, nobody knows for sure which came first; the proverbial chicken or the egg, or in this case the bow-n-arrow or the mouthbow. I've read discussion on both sides of that argument. Nonetheless it's great that you are promoting such an ancient and enjoyable instrument. My compliments to you and your wife.

  • i have had a strong intrest in the jews harp for a while. finaly got a beautifal old one today and i took to it like a nautral. but now i just discovered the mouth bow and i wanna make one or buy one but i would rather make one.
