how is landry jones "whack"? He had to come in and play last year as a freshman under some pretty terrible circumstances. When sam went down he had to lead a team with no o-line and nobody could catch a pass to save their life. All landry jones did that year was take us to a bowl game and beat a pretty good Stanford team. And if i recall OU went 12-2 and won a BCS game this year. Not too shabby considering almost the whole team was first time starters.

Allen has been showing alot promise apprently was said here on back that he had really came along nicely he is now a freshmen redshirt he will be getting alot of reps in the spring might even get to see some action I think this guy is a much better passer the Landry Jones march 8th is the spring game guys

I just can't wait to see what Coach Heupel can do with these guys once he gets a hold of them. We have so much raw talent at that position and someone with the experience and know-how to train them up into superstars. Exciting times for OU!!!

Kid can throw and run, but I think Blake Bell is better; definitely a better runner. Can't wait to see the QB battle down in Norman. Boomer Sooner !

First off, he went up to OU early in the spring, while he was supposed to be back in high school, and who are you to judge? 5,000+ yards in high school is no easy feat and there's a reason he is at OU. He won multiple passing competitions in Texas combines and has a great Big 12 staff to make him all the much better. Before you go making your judgements, at least have a bit of credibility and reasoning to your statements. Not only is he a great player but an amazing guy as well. Boomer.
