Paintown is defacto an opensource mugen.

It comes with level and character editor.

It supports various game modes, screen resolutions, network play etc.

Problem is: no one knows about it much, so not much ppl develop or port chars. Thats shame.

what is your ram and the chip like ghz because mines is intel core duo 1.83 Ghz and 2 of ram can it even run those graphics?
