Brilliance. I'm so sad that he only really just "made it" in the past decade, because he's obviously always been one of the daring and funny minds in comedy. Not just comedy, but entertainment. Both of his series have mixed comedy and drama better than MASH or Scrubs ever could, and both of THOSE shows were on for years.
this guy is such a genius, i bet he could rings round most politicians if he went that way, thats why they wont like him, he took the honest way round, and gets them through his humour, and most of us would rather be more like ricky than the establishment
omg i live in australia and this was on channel 7 one night. lmao! it is the most hilariously true thing i have ever seen. thankyou sooo much for posting!
Not only funny, but brutally honest. Think Leonardo DiCaprio taking a fuel-burning jet to fly around the globe for a photo shooting of a magazine cover, to show his awareness of global warming issues. (Also, the polar bear on the cover was added digitally later on, DiCaprio himself standing on a plastic glacier). Just an example.
For every rule there is an exception. Does yacht sound like yot? Quite simply, no! And I wasn't insulting a person for their bad use of grammer, I was insulting them for their idiocy! To tell you the truth I can't even remember what my original insult was! It was a long time ago, let's get over it.
Your I.Q is approximately the same as that of an unborn herring. One day you'll look back on your life and realise that this indignative diatribe of mine is frighteningly accurate: your "heart" will explode upon said realisation.

"Your I.Q is approximately the same as that of an unborn herring. One day you'll look back on your life and realise that this indignative diatribe of mine is frighteningly accurate, and your heart will explode upon the said realisation.
You wouldn't say "I plaed the cup upon table"
All these grammatical corrections would not be necessary in the first place, however, if you didn't go around attempting to insult people using irrelevant vocabulary.
When he gave him the U2 tape I tried not to crack up cos I still wasn't sure if it was a wind up or not. Especially at the beginning it looked like a blue screen, but when they went in the hut i thought it was real.
From watching clips from comic relief, i've been really suprised at what good actors some British celebrities are (e.g. Jamie Oliver, Bob Gedolf, Tony Blair). I wish I could have seen the whole thing.
Genius
Funniest Comic Relief moment ever for me

It's actually perfectly grammatically correct to merely state: "upon said realisation." Next time do your homework; class dismissed!

Technically it should be:
"Your I.Q is approximately the same as that of an unborn herring. One day you'll look back on your life and realise that this indignative diatribe of mine is frighteningly accurate, and your heart will explode upon the said realisation.
You wouldn't say "I plaed the cup upon table"
