  • That looks nice and simple. I have an older Electric bike. Want to sell it now. So that ,I can have this dahon boost

  • @eswa54 The Boost is definitely the top of the line for folding electric bicycles, a great upgrade for any electric cyclist.

  • Do you think that the motor can be a separate part, to mod a standard 20-inch Dahon? I'd love to have a motor for my commute (avoiding sweating GOING), and then just be able to pedal home (sweat = OK, as I want the exercise then).

  • @JohnLeeMD This system is integrated to the frame, it cannot be used as an after market kit. We do however convert a bunch of Dahon's with the BionX system.

The MUP8 is using the BionX system. Its the best but expensive.

    Bert, electric bike enthusiast.

  • @JohnLeeMD the motor as integrated into the frame of the bike. There are 20" conversionkits available, the most popular is the BionX electric bike kit. Just google: Dahon BionX, NYCeWheels

  • wow an ebike that doesn't look like ass. I love Dahon!!! :-)

  • well, nice thing is, it doesn't make a beep. Its about as quite as your computers hard-drive.

  • very good design, i'd like to hear how the motor sounds.
