  • Yes indeed, the Care Bears were at Dorney Park from 1988 through 1992. Cedar Fair bought the park at the end of that stretch and immediately brought in The Berenstain Bears who greeted guests until Cedar Fair eventually bought Knotts Berry Farm, thus netting them the theme park rights to the Peanuts characters...which is why Snoopy is there today.
