I don't think the world could sustain a 3rd world war...there just isn't enough resources for it! There are some HUGE differences since the 30's...

-Farms have almost covered the whole globe to feed 6.7 billion people.

-Oil production is still climbing everyday. up to 88 million barrels a day.

-The world is STILL moving to the suburbs...
