okay lots of questions haha

1.headphone slot :yes but its not a normal you know i pod headphone jack. It will need an adapter to use normal headphones.

2. If you really have the return policy I believe you can return it. you would have to talk to ATT to get cure answers since I'm just in highscool lol.

3. I think you can switch insurance but I'm not entirely sure. you would want to again call ATT for the answer.

it automatically locks I think. I dont exactly remember but I dont think I did anything to make it lock.
