that ain't the lincoln heights jail, this is all set up. The Lincoln Heights Jail is an abandoned building, which has no running water nor electricity. I know this because I've just been there the other day and got a ticket for trespassing. It is completely dark and silent, I saw no ghosts after exploring the building for a good hour from 3am - 4 am. Any attempt at exploring this building will just give u a fat ticket like I just got.

What you see are either Angels or Demons not Ghosts of people. Mostly I believe they are Demons here to torment and scare people because if it were an Angel you would want to be around it and talk with it. Most people are scared and uneasy when around these type of entities which is what they want to scare, or even hurt you if they can.

@BoomerDH81 ... thats a very primitive and limited outlook. Personally I have seen more evidence leading to the existence of ghosts (former living people) than I have angels or demons. Nearly every case, picture, or video that I have reviewed in regards to claims of angelic or demonic sightings have been either faked, confused with matrixing or light contrasting. I am not saying that angels and demons do not exist, but the chances are very low.

Another thing I am wondering is how is it that the "Spirt" ran past seconds when they started to record, and that the fact it ran by the same area more than once. It would have been quite belevable if it went by once or twice, but it went like three to four times.

Filmed at a super low fps so it would be super easy for someone to just run by in all black and they'd look like a ghost. You can do the same with a normal camera just leave the shutter open, put a black sheet on or whatever and walk by the camera, I've done it and it looks believable.

Just to clear up any confusion: My boyfriend is the one who posted this video. This footage came from my best friends camera. It was filmed while she was on set of a horror film she was acting in. The director and camera crew were setting up a shot in another hall and her and her friends were messing around with her consumer cam. Okay, I have many doubts on that video. First of all, in the beginning the camera dude says, "were recording" in the beginning. Second, while they're recording the "ghost" is solid at 0:15. Third, don't you think it's a little weird that the last time you see the "ghost" it goes to the right side of the screen, and then out of nowhere after everything interesting happened they're buddy comes out of the right side of the screen. After that, they don't shoot anymore video.
