looks cool as hell, but he doesn´t really love his dogs especially the one riding on the scooter´s seat, if the dog slides out of the seat even at low speed he will be seriously hurt, is plain stupid to risk someone ( something for people who don´t love animasl as much) you love that much.
I just know the traffic regulations in Germany. If the police stop him. He will pay much money and maybe lose his driver's licence! No matter how fast he drives.
