No, the audio quality is just awful.

What it sounds like is somebody started playing the song again behind the track playing...This kid just copied the audio from somebody else who also fucked it up. The lyrics are also wrong.

In conclusion, you should find the actual song somewhere else, because the uploader did a pretty bad job of it :]
