The language of politics has changed so much, in the past (which I know, really has no bearing today) people use to give other people with opposing view points respect. They also showe civility even when they where losing. I am liberal who was born in Texas, i grew up with a healthy respect for individual liberties. While I never have agreed with many conservative view points I have always given them a healthy amount of respect. I wonder why then they can give each other the same?
