I like this version better, it's more realistic. I like the idea of sneaking to an ideal position and picking people off in little bursts. There are other games that are more action packed but if I were to imagine a more realistic game I would lean towards this game. It's just a shame that the maps are sorta boring and always the same boring shade. I hope GRAW 3 for pc is also FPS

why do fps games make the iron sights block your view? in real life you really only see the sights kinda like bf2(the only good thing about the shooting in bf2). you have to use a scope on games like this and insurgency to really get a good look at what your shooting

I think the amount of players is related to the time you log on to play. I find certain times there are may players in many games, and other where all servers are empty. Most people play DM or TDM, rarely do folks play Seige, Last Man Standing, HH, or R vs A, but you can find populated servers play these game types ever so often.

The game is slow paced becuase it is more of a simulator rather than an arcade game. The pace does take some adjustment; it's not run and gun.

To people who are asking about camera views.

The console games (PS3 / XBox) are third-person (chase-cam / camera behind your character) and the PC is first-person (as seen in this video).

I have no idea if you can change camera views for the PC (like a console cheat or something?) I only bought the PC game a few days ago.

no you cant change the camera in the PC version. the PC version is more realistic and difficult.

there is a mod i think, for the first graw to change to 3rd person, but i dont think there is one for graw 2

Yeah I've tried the mod but it's just not as good as the console version. I prefer GRAW 2 for the console although I only have it on PC. (I've downloaded the demo on PS3 though)

When I first bought the PC game I thought it was like the consoles. So check YouTube before you buy something!

Its not like Army of two if thats what you mean.

There are several gameplay-modes (online) , for example there is the "Recon vs. Assault" where you actualy get xp to upgrade your weapons (RVSA is a Defend and Attack gameplay mode).

Then there is Deathmatch and Team Deathmatch etc..

You DO know why games are actually buggy, right? Its easier to fix bugs on consoles, because if you're releasing it on say.. a 360, then all the people 99% of the time experience the exact same problem.

PC users.. its different, not everyone has the same setup.

But they still get fixed, as for hacking, theres anti-cheats and admins on servers for that.

I play quite alot of games, an I see about 1 to maybe 3 hackers in a month nowadays.

But still you have to find servers, like i said before people hack way more and it's as easy it into google and downloading it, and people do get around the anti-cheats alot, it's no good for competitive play, and most of the time it has less features than console games, like on Call of Duty 4 you can't prestige on PC, and games look way better on consoles, and don't say he has a bad PC because look how good his PC is and it still looks bad.

You DO know that computers have much more/better content than consoles:

1. The are easier to upgrade and have much more space for content.

2. We easily can mod our games with the SDK, alloing a new gameplay.

3.New computers come out every month, consoles...every 3-4 years.

4. Check out the Fallout 3 comparison gamspot did, computer by far had the best graphics.

Admins can ban hackers, or put on anti cheat, and update it.

A properly equipped PC will out perform any console out there. PC gaming is still at the frontier of the field. IMO the game is better on PC because it keeps truer to the tactical elements that the series began with, on PC by the way.
