ni d KK ka? kawanku cakap d KK ada gym BJJ. Erm, aku da training almost a year. Spar with my friends :) But my friends are lack of ground skills. Very boring on the mat. But their strikes quite good though.. keep it up until Malaysian gov authorize MMA in malaysia :D

oh yaa... tadik di KL ada exhibition MMA... tapi aku xpg. Fighter dia smua muay thai. Boring....
