Yeah this argument is pretty baseless.You can not like the DLC and that's fine but to say there are no new weapons? Yao Guai gauntlet,.45 semi auto pistol,.45 auto sub machine gun,mantis gauntlet? are all new.

Length of the main quest is short I'll give ya that but there are tons of areas to explore which lengthen your stay in the valley.

Again I have no issues with not liking the game but make valid arguments in a review not manufactured false one's.

Dead Money is fun if you play it thoroughly. Yeah the gas and the radios were annoying. I see, but that Holorifle you get is SEXY! Kills everything I shoot it with in one shot... It has a blue projectile for christ sake. But I agree with you on Honest Hearts. Super short. But it was still fun. Obsidian does suck at DLC's next to Bethesda.

They made you only carry 100 pounds so it woudonly take one trip to take all the weapons and armour your rewqrded with back to the Mojave,didnt think that out to much did you?And it was short but there was alot of side quests and you had to fiind some of them,but i doubt you did those.

also, the weight limit wsas far from the usual arbitrary logic a gamer must adhere to in other titles. zion wasnt simply at the end of the 100ft cave you cross through.

i personally walked out of the DLC with (via 4 trips) over 1500lbs of loot. obsidian wanted people to take advantage of the copious amounts of harvest vegetation in the region and allowing them to cross over packed to the brim would result it unforeseen annoyance once realizing they could accrue rare plants by the bushels.

it was dull seeming at first but the inhabitants of the map adapt as you progress through the main quest.

i spent about 15 hours working through it, -but thats because such design is a craft/study of mine.

it was paced around its labyrinthine vertical level design more than the sprawling populated ethically conflicted wasteland we're used to. so immediately i could tell many would be turned off by that. overall though, -given the limitations of the aged engine it was a welcome variation.

Its worth it for the level cap and like 1 weapon and 1 armor and thats it! The story is shit and everything else takes like 3 hours to complete and exlore then you fucking done all you do the whole dlc is look for shit and kill like 20 people and 5 yao gui then you beat the dlc. Bethesda was just all around better at making fallout dlc and the base game. But in the end I still love FALLOUT :)

I liked the add on for the difficulty level. I did it at level 35 and on very hard. What I had taken in to Utah was the Remnant power armor and the Anti-Material Rifle. I was getting gangbanged by Yau-Gui (or however the fuck its spelled) the whole time. everything else in the game seemed too easy, but this added a good area to explore, and the .45 weapons. I liked it, but only because I cant live without Fallout.

To tell the truth i love fallout 3 ive bought it multiple times and only had freezing issues on the console versions of the game (my pc version doesnt seem to have that problem) but new vegas has freezing, loading, and weapon issues and these are just the few things off the top of my head. The dlcs for FAllout3 were awesome although i didnt like point lookout to much and then new vegas has a dlc thats is annoying and another that is short as hell. Way to go Obsidian!!!! Bethsoft Forever!!!!!!!!
