Methane Releases from Arctic Shelf May Be Much Larger and Faster Than Anticipated
NSF - March 4, 2010.
Research results, published in the March 5 edition of the journal Science, show that the permafrost under the East Siberian Arctic Shelf, long thought to be an impermeable barrier sealing in methane, is perforated and is starting to leak large amounts of methane into the atmosphere. Release of even a fraction of the methane stored in the shelf could trigger abrupt climate warming.
@Brantoc ....I would like to participate in the weather computer data experiment and joint the group on futur forcast ... "Global Warming simulation download on my computer!
Brantoc's a jackass. The hockeystick graph has become
a dozen hockey stick graphs by hundreds of independent
researchers. They ALL show warming far outside normal
variation before that for 200 million years or more. Vicious
liars who should be bright enough to know what they are
saying is a lie are the most shocking of all. I wonder who's
paying him.

Where do I start.
Glaciers I covered in Pt1 comment.
Hockey stick graph is hand picked data, and not even serious AGW people even use it now.
West antarctic is melting (in part due to an active volcano under the ice), East is growing.
CO2 is a trace gas. 1% humidity is more effect than 75% increase of CO2.
