You can't just use any Macross video you want and label it Robotech. With the exception of a few details(the ones that make Macross make sense), only the first series of each are the same. After that, Robotech goes into "pull a story out your ass" territory. This is Macross Zero, not Robotech anything.

So Macross Zero has nothing to do with Roboass.
