  • @longbone4 Actually we are working on a post and video on taking care of kefir. It'll be up in the next few weeks!

    In the meantime, any excess kefir can be put in a jar or plastic bag and stored in the fridge or freezer (in the freezer if you plan on storing them for a long period of time, fridge if just for a short period). This will put your kefir "to sleep" but they'll wake back up once placed back in water with whatever you choose to feed it with.
