This dialogue is from a cutscene from Warcraft 3, after Arthas is driven to madness by Frostmourne, and fills his "Destiny" by killing his father, and soon in the expansion, becoming the "Lich King"

The first Whisper is an excerp of Medivh's visit to King Terenas II. and his council where he insisted him to move his people west to kalimdor and the second is the very famous kill of his son Arthas which after he declares himself king of lordaeron and gives the land to the scourge to search for the helmet of domination with ner'zuls souls to become the lich king.
