Ultra Fight was made for an incredibly low budget. Many of the costumes were actually the cheaper ones used for the live shows at the time. Others were the originals, but of course showed the wear and tear of use and the ravages of time. Latex does not last forever.

i understand that but still if you look at each return of a popular monster through the 60s to 80's they had to redo the costuem for some reason ro another and baltan seijin was a good example of that
