And althroughout Europe those numbers are increasing.

Either there is a god or there isn't. That's two options, but if there is a god, then which one? Eathe Judeo-Christian God? If so, which denomination? Allah? Again, which denomination? Brahman? Quetzalcoatl? Odin? Ra? The list goes on.

I reckon God is a scientist, the last of this kind and decided to do his last experiment to see what might have caused his species to become endangered. He created humans and observed how they evolved, however one of the measurements for evolution was a made-up book that God threw down and observed how sophisticated humans based on how many people still believed in this made up book instead of looking at hard proven facts and forming their own opinions based on their intelligence.
