Hi! Have you thought about - fast abs magic (just google it)? Ive heard some super things about it and my brother in law got beautiful 6 pack abs and lost a lot of weight with it.
Alright there! Have you tried - fast abs magic (just google it)? Ive heard some decent things about it and my sister got detailed 6 pack abs and lost a truck load of of belly fat with it.
@astoria1996 Research from the Clinical Journal of Sport Medicine examined 22 reports dealing with weight training protocols that were supervised and had low instructor participant ratios. Their findings suggest that weight training is relatively safe and does not negatively impact height, growth and maturation of pre and early pubertal youth.
hi nice video, but i have a question i have just a small belly fat and i can see my abs and everything so does that mean i don't really have to do set-ups and more cardio or is that good just with what you show on this video ? and do you think in two weeks i will see results if i do the seven days?
@juannacional13 Thank you for watching! :) If you have previous strength training experience you can do any of the workouts on my channel. Even the ones titled "upper body", "lower body" and "full body" all will work to burn belly fat - if you accompany the training with the proper eating strategy. PM me and I'll send you a link to an eating plan that will work well with these workouts. Good luck! :)
@HardTimesHardBodies alright thanks (: so how long does it take to see results if i go running everyday and i do set-ups after the running everyday do all of that in how much time i see results like NO BELLY FAT, and i don't go to the gym or anything i do my exercise at home so when the winter comes can i just still do set ups and what other kind of exercises are good for home when the winter comes ? thanks a lot
@juannacional13 You asked, "how long does it take to see results?" What results, specifically, do you want to achieve? Do you have a goal body weight?
@HardTimesHardBodies Yeah like the hold body, to lose the small belly fat that i have and build arm muscle, because i can feel and see my abs but the thing is just that belly.
@juannacional13 If you want to lose your belly fat you'll need a chronic calorie deficit. There is a link to a fat loss eating plan in the video description. Perform these workouts 3-5 times per week and follow the nutrition strategy and you'll create excellent results.
@theaby35 One pound of fat is roughly equal to 3,500 calories. There are seven days in one week. 3,500 / 7 = 500. So if you created a calorie deficit of 500 calories per day you would lose pound of weight each week. You can create that calorie deficit by reducing calorie intake, exercising or a combination of the two. You lose weight faster if you create a larger calorie deficit. -1000 cals per day = 2 pounds per week. Exercise first thing in the morning. Eat a breakfast with protein. Good luck!
Oh hai! Have you considered intellectus 424 diet (do a search on google)? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my mate lost tons of weight with it.
Hello there! Have you thought about intellectus 424 diet (do a search on google)? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my cooworker lost a ton of weight with it.
This is a crap=)) don't listent tot this shit...only way to lose weight is going to jogging and the gym...if you want muscles go to gym an try to eat very much even if you're fat...
@saburex2 Actually, recent data from the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition, the Human Performance Laboratory at the University of Nebraska, and many more sources, suggest that weight training is more effective than steady state cardiovascular training, like jogging. Additionally, studies suggest that progressive resistance training will produce hypertrophy in skeletal muscle during severe energy restriction and large scale weight loss.
@PleaseLoveJesus Yes! Schedule all of your workouts one month ahead of time and they'll be easier to stick to. Start with a goal of at least FOUR intervals of this workout. Right arm first and third interval. Left arm second & fourth intervals. Reward yourself at the end of week for working hard. Too much of a good thing can be bad and doing the same thing everyday will be boring. 70+ more workouts are on my channel. Create a playlist with the videos. Press play and follow along. Good luck! :)
@karatejoegreen This is high intensity interval strength training. This training method is based on current exercise science, personal experience and the experience of all the people I personally train. All suggest that it is the most effective method of creating body composition changes like building muscle, burning fat and improving performance. More workouts are available on my channel. And here are some testimonials: xSQeQpfNh_w Good luck! - Curtis
@TheBluefootball1 In this video I'm using a 20 kilogram "Kettlebell". If you're a complete beginner you could start with a five pound weight. You will quickly (less than a week) grow too strong for that weight though. You should purchase a kettlebell to do these exercises properly. They're available at most sporting goods stores for about $1.50 per pound of weight. They'll also save you gas money and TIME because you'll no longer need to drive to a health club or gym to workout.
ive got a lot of pudge... more specifically lower stomach, and thighs. i did this ONE TIME. and my thighs killed. but after a few days when i was able to flex them again, i saw DRAMATIC improvement. just did it again today. (except i do a plank and squats not the other thing) my abs are soar. and my thighs feel strengthless again. love it.
@theonesinblk Good work! You'll feel even more improvement if you do light strength training or traditional steady state cardiovascular training the next day. That will circulate the nutrients for muscle recovery into your blood and distribute them more effectively. You'll recover faster and see results faster.
i am 15, and starting to gain abit of weight, i want to get a six pack going and toned abs! is this the routine for me! ? and how many times should i do this per day!
@ClouudN9NE Go my YouTube channel and add 5-10 of the workout videos there to a playlist that you create. Perform each interval to the best of your ability. Take as much time as needed between intervals. Challenge your body with progressively greater intensity levels (more repetitions or heavier weight) and you'll get toned abs AND a build up your entire body. Once a day is enough. Good luck. -Curtis
@grip31gangsta Thank you! This workout program works the cardiovascular system very effectively. Steady state running for more than 2-minutes is not necessary to achieve fat loss or to get started with this workout. To get started with this workout, just perform as many repetitions as you can in the given time, without overexerting yourself. If you were to perform this workout everyday other day for a week, you'll see improvement in your entire body and every system.
@HardTimesHardBodies Thanks for the response. I tried doing it but the squats only make my thighs feel the burn, isn't it suppost to affect the abs also? My thighs and my back are sore as hell but my abs aren't. I'm not a fat person, i only weigh 135 pounds, but my abs only show when i flex hard so i thought this would work. Am i doing it wrong and should i continue?
