  • They all look so happy and healthy ! It's great that they are thriving at your sanctuary. It must warm the heart to hear them squeal with delight at the mere sight of you.

  • lol!! they are such attention hogs! lol It's interesting seeing them reacting in their different ways to get attention :D

  • Do you ever get a headache?

  • @britbri420 :) sometimes :)

  • haha! that squealing one is spoiled.

  • Awh..Still no shout out for me.. :c

  • @iDrivetheCamelCar we'll get there- its been crazy here with our annual fundraiser, and the pepsi contest! we'll say hi tho soon!!

  • Aww - they are all so cute! And loud! But still cute :-)

  • Ya, I'd say they got quite the collection of personalities there. Nearly the full range you'd usually see in fennecs. I see so much of Abu in the way Quiggles reacts, though over the years Abu has settled down quite a bit. Occasionally he does screech out.

  • Awesome.

  • They are so CUTE!!!

I love this video - got to see all the little foxies.

It was so funny to see little Quigley shouting for your loving attention again.

  • Quiggles is so demanding.

  • @pigcatapult - Oh, I dont' think animals are demanding, they are simply expressing their innocent desires, feelings, needs and thoughts - it is us as human beings that express corrupted expressions such as being demanding.....

  • @meriprem I dunno; the whole innocence vs. corruption thing doesn't really factor into it for me. Quiggley seems to me like he was demanding "HI! HI! PET ME! PET ME! LOOK AT HOW CUTE I AM! PET ME! :D NOOOOOOO, WHY DID YOU STOP PETTING ME? D: PET MEEEE!", is what I meant, you know? When he wants something, he says so, and he does so very loudly to make sure you know it. But my perspective on it might be a bit skewed, since I have hyperacusis that makes his high-pitched cries seem very harsh.

  • @pigcatapult Haha! I love Quiggles and the others, but I know exactly what you mean as I have tinnitus and hyperacusis. But luckily my digital hearing go a little way to damping down that kind of 'over the top' sound. Heh, I thought one of my cats had a 'silent' miaow before I go them!

  • Heh, I find it amusing how fennecs squealing for attention sounds a lot like they're in dire danger and incredible pain. They SCREEEEEAM for it. :p
