  • Do they get paid in adult nappies ? What a sad, sad joke

  • Comment removed

  • @XTee500 Quote 'why doesnt he fuck off to another country if he doesnt like speeding.'

  • al bet them 2 old bags stink of piss

  • @hanghoodiescum Did Al win the bet?

  • that speed gun from the front looks like a pringles container

  • looks like the old bag is suckin a werther

  • Lolly this is simply unacceptable; three spelling mistakes or errors in grammar in your last 30-odd posts? My dear lady, your standards are slipping. Still, finding them and I know you won't be able to resist checking to see if I'm right, will give you a well earned break from trolling a gullible genral public and said public a rest from your tired old, borderline fascist rhetoric.

  • @R1L0CI Hi, not quite, you don't need standards when you have a mining laser.

  • @XTee500 Hi, I understand you find this painful & frustrating.

'Speed Ramp' is not an expression I have formulated to taunt you with. It is a trade name, you have proved this by checking.

  • @XTee500 Hi, thanks for responding.

    I note your confessed confusion.

I am not using anything 'erroneously'.

The term 'speed ramp' is a trade name for a specific item available for purchase in the UK. I did not name it, others did. It is designed to slow traffic by placing a rapidly changing upward/downward deviation to smooth forward motion, thus slowing traffic.

You have checked they exist, they are called 'speed ramps'.

You are wrong, don't like it, get over it, move on.

  • @XTee500 Hi, ah, I see you aren't insinuating that I used 'hoover'.

    The term 'speed ramp' is an established & recognised name for an easily sourced traffic calming item, usually supplied in modular design. You simply have never heard the expression because;

    1) You know nothing about such matters.

    2) Don't bother to research before commenting.

Inappropriate or not, speed ramps are available from all over mainland UK & attempting to prove otherwise will get you absolutely nowhere.

  • @XTee500 Hi, thanks for responding;

I am a trifle lost by ''..your wife wants as vacuum cleaner', & '..she says is sucks much'.

This must be some kind of local vernacular used in your part of the world.

  • @XTee500 Hi, thanks for responding.

Please supply the exact quote that includes 'hoover'?

  • @XTee500 Hi thanks for responding.

Can you supply the exact quote regarding 'hoover' please?

  • @XTee500 Hi, thanks for responding.

Unfortunately your dictionary hasn't taken into account modern terminology used in the context of traffic calming.

I have very clearly supplied all the information that identifies what a speed ramp is in connection with the topic now under discussion.

    Try ESE at Norwich;

'Our virtually indestructible speed ramps are designed to slow traffic to between 5mph and 15mph depending on the design selected.'.

'Speed Ramp' is a recognised trade name.

  • Twats. Fking old people. Fck all else to do. Go to bingo, or get a part time job in a charity shop, silly twats.

  • @stillbashingmetal Hi thanks for responding.

I appreciate your confusion, the above clip actually shows people dedicated to improving life in their local community.

I was interested to read your comments on the clips entitled 'My legs feet and foot in suntan pantyhose' & 'Video stockings on a train'.

  • @stillbashingmetal

True but look on the bright side; they may have slowed a car ot two but nothing will stop their relentless march toward the grave.

  • @XTee500 Hi, this is what happens when you don't fully appraise yourself of the facts before typing. You are attempting, like so many before you, to bluff & bluster your way through a subject with literally no foundational knowledge & it shows.

If you have questions regarding speed enforcement that's cool, so many don't have the foggiest & you fall squarely within those parentheses.

Simply using expletives & ill informed nonsense will not bring you up the speed (no pun intended).

  • @XTee500 Hi, using the search engine of your choice, type 'speed ramp'.

There are a great many UK mainland references for you to educate yourself with.

    Questions?

  • @XTee500 Manchester Safety Services =

'Black Speed Ramp Middle Section (50mm). These speed ramps are manufactured from recycled pvc rubber. They interlock with the yellow speed ramps middle sections and also end sections. They are supplied with cats eyes as standard and are fixed to the surface with fixing bolts (4 bolts needed per middle section). Size 500mm (Length) x 400mm (Width) x 50mm (Height)'.

  • @XTee500 Hi, I note you question the use of the English language, the Irish, then supply;

'It would explain a lot like why you are not very clear on the the law and the peoples feeling on our side of the Irish sea'.

    The the law?

    Clear enough? Speed RAMP.

  • @XTee500 Hi, you are clearly not well versed in traffic calming measures.

Speed ramps are a highly effective means of controlling traffic speeds. A modular system formed from black & bright yellow segments made from heavy duty recycled PVC. They vary in height from 50mm high ramps slow traffic to 10mph, 75mm high ramps slow traffic to 5mph.

  • @XTee500 Hi, did you mean 'fell trees'?

I was interested in your view on the raising of money for speed ramps. Can you elaborate somewhat?

  • @XTee500 Hi, you probably aren't aware that Speedwatch operations are staffed by a complete cross-section of the community, through the entire adult age range. The above clip is not representative of the average age of those involved.

  • @XTee500 Hi, thanks for your perspective, however the above civilians have no authority to issue NIP's, as speeding has not been decriminalised.

They do an excellent job of improving life in their local communities.

Also, don't dismiss that all data is collated & habitual offenders will be visited by police.

    Hope that helps.

  • oh my god 2:14 just go home

90% of us dnt follow 30mph limit and we're not doing 100mph in these areas maximum we can do is 40-60

put your children on a leash if you're worried about them

  • @kaaaaazzzz Can you elaborate please?

  • Typical old fucks that are idiots! So put a chicane on the road dickheads! That's a 24 hour protection. Or invent a speed monitor to put in cars that beeps if you go over the speed.

  • @Catalyst2 Why are you critical of those who freely give their time to improve the quality of life in local communities?

  • @lollygaggle: A chicane, pinch-point, VAS or in-car speed alarm would encourage immediate slowing and thus save expensive Police time, Court time, driver time, save pedestrians and help the social economic situation. All positives. The penalty camera is designed for one reason, to strip drivers of their licenses and money and to feed the Treasury the money it needs to pay inflated civil servant, public sector and political wages. They do nothing to help society as a whole.

  • @lollygaggle: Sorry! I meant District Judge sitting in a Magistrate's Court. This is the lowest paid Judge and is paid £102,000 per year in 2009. Probably gone up since then. The Lord Chief Justice is on approx £250,000 a year. These people are paid via the tax-payer and then persecute the same tax-payer in a Magistrates Court or higher depending on offence and/or appeal process used.

  • @lollygaggle: I am critcal because they have chosen to help the already greedy Police persecute drivers who are not driving recklessly, but are just driving to the 85 percentile as is human nature. In effect it is a Strict Liability offence to be human. That just about sums it up these days. I imagine these are the same type of people that don't want new houses built and forget that their precious house was built on fieldsas was their parents before that, etc. People like this confuse me.

  • @lollygaggle: I've been a volunteer for 2 years for the Citizens Advice Bureau. I have seen the debt people get into and a penalty camera encourage debt and poverty. They also cost £1,000 to maintain where as there are cheaper solutions. Why not tell a driver to buy a speed monitor to instal in their car? Why don't the Police and court encourage a driver to pay a small amount towards one of these devices on a first or second offence? That is the passive approach. But no! The Police just fine us

  • @lollygaggle: You don't realsie it but £60 is a lot of money to most. It's ok for the Police, their wages are massive and a Magistrate - the lowest paid judge - is paid £102,000 per year. £60 to these animals is nothing!! Did you know the National Minimum Wage does not take into account housing costs, or other living expenses? It certainly does not account for a £60 fine!! I was told this by the Low Pay Commission. What ever happened to a passive system to help each other. Put in a chicane.

  • Speeding Solicitor .CO .UK

  • Are they dead yet?

  • @fdama No, their presence slowed all the passing traffic to under the posted threshold so there were no collisions.

So you can see how well the scheme works.

  • Speed cameras have got be used by specially trained person, it has to be held still and pointed at a flat surface on a vehicle or it doesnt give an accurate reading. Another tool used by police is failing to reset the gun but stopping you and giving you a ticket on someone elses recorded speed..This happens i know 100%. Road safety is paramount however revenue collection is something else. We will see a lowering of spped limits in oder to collect ven more money..Its a scandal. wot we put up wi.

  • @johnnyblunder Speed enforcement (in the UK) has not been about revenue since Feb 2007 when netting-off stopped, the police don't generate anything in the way of governmental income. If a speedscope isn't held still, it simply returns an error message.(E03), it will not work if it is shaken doing use.

Static camera numbers have been dramatically reduced because they cost more to run than they generated.

  • @lollygaggle: This is a false hood. The penatly fees go to the Treasury's Consolidated Fund, the Consolidated Fund is divided into amounts given to the Police through the Appropriation Act. The Appropriation Act thus means the Police are paid via revenue made partly by fines and penalties i.e. speed cameras. The Police also have great wages, benefits and perks. ALL paid for by taxes and penalty revenue! The Police could not care less about lives. They cause most suffering by being ignorant.

  • @Catalyst2 More than 99% of all speeding detections are generated by police staff, not regular police - regular police have virtually nothing to do with speed detection.

You use the term 'being ignorant', which you exhibit in great quantity.

Put in a chicane? At what financial cost?

  • @lollygaggle: The Police have to comment on the use of a camera and so do local authorities. The POLICE are a local authority. Being a member of the Police staff is being a member of the Police. Do not try to divide them. That is like saying the Treasury is separate from the Police when in fact they are linked. The Police are paid from the Treasury and fines go towards the Treasury to pay Police. Everything is connected. It is you tht are ignorant. The Police are paid very well at all levels.

  • @Catalyst2 Please don't pluck figures out of the air and misrepresent to get sympathy. You're as bad as any of the other misinformed anti's for using excessive lies to get your point across.

  • @Catalyst2 Police staff are civilians, they hold no warrant or additional powers, they do not take any oath (other than in court), & whilst they are employed to carry out a certain role, they are not police, they work for the service being support staff.

Static camera numbers have dropped simply because they were cost more nationally to maintain than they generated. This means that any argument regarding figures you see about fines collected over an annual period, simply collapse.

  • @lollygaggle: Civilian Police staff are still part of the Police. To say they are not is like saying an employee of a company is not part of the company. As for the Police taking an oath. Is that the same oath were they promise to protect the life and property of the Queen and here subjects, and then ignore the pollution of our environment and the poverty and homelessness of the domicile residents? The oath of a Police person is worth nothing much. It's just words and no action.

  • @Catalyst2 No, the clue is in the title, 'police staff', those who support the operations of those with warrant cards.

There have been changes over recent years, some serving officers will have stated a different oath depending upon when they joined the service. Which oath do you refer to?

At least attempt to stay on the rails, the topic is speed enforcement. I note you have now completely ignored the key issue of the civilians in the above clip = NO notice of intended prosecution, NO fine.

  • @lollygaggle: So are they campaigning for a chicane or VAS? And I am staying on the issue. But we will digress now and then because that is the way conversations/debate goes.

  • @Catalyst2 No, you digress because you didn't have a clue how Community Speedwatch functions & wanted to cover your obvious faux pas.

What about the increased pollution levels that physical traffic calming encourages?

  • @Catalyst2 Here is a little reminder;

Quote; 'You don't realsie it but £60 is a lot of money to most. It's ok for the Police, their wages are massive and a Magistrate - the lowest paid judge - is paid £102,000 per year.'.

That appeared in this thread, you typed it. This clip concerns CSW = NO fine, just a warning letter, no court, no magistrate, no police (after training completed).

    Research, research. research.

    1/10

    E-

  • @lollygaggle: Oh! And if you want to know, if you take evidence to the Police station about environmental damage and also the proof that it can be reversed using non-toxic alternatives, the Police will refuse to accept it or do anything about it despite taking the oath. It is not only the Police cameras I have researched but lots of things as they are all related. The Police are only here to protect the crooked rich. When Gary Thomlinson was murdered, the PCC first said there was no harm done.

  • @lollygaggle your not still here?

  • @Catalyst2 You talk about falsehoods - speed enforcement nationally has been running at a gradual loss for the past three years, meaning it was costing more to operate than it generated. Many processing units needed @£200k+ per month just to maintain staff, building, docs generation & postage, camera contracts, replacement housings, vehicle & fuel etc. People like yourself simply overlook such issues - there has been no profit for some years.

  • @lollygaggle £200k a month?!! Of course you are talking about using public money that is being used here?! Even more wastage by the authorities when we pay them to finacially protect us!! You're not helping your cause to convince us we should be ripped of Lollygaggle! In fact you are helping me prove a point i.e. that cameras steal off motorists and that putting them there stole off the tax-payer. Please! Keep making more comments. I would like to know how much more of our money is flushed.

  • @Catalyst2 Quote; '....and a Magistrate - the lowest paid judge - is paid £102,000 per year. £60 to these animals is nothing!!'.

What is your source for this claim?????

  • @Catalyst2 The £200k running costs come directly from central government, originally paid in by those motorists who ignored posted thresholds. Public money? If you care to view it like that.

  • 2:12 ha ha ha james bond moment lol

  • Mr Gaggle, you're still here? I can't say I'm suprised to be honest. Or that I'm suprised you're still finding people who'll bite. Whether or not you believe the things you come out with, who knows, but your trolling is entertaining and effective, I'll give you that. Keep fighting the good fight.

  • @R1L0CI It's Mrs Gaggle actually.

  • @lollygaggle

As predictable as you are pedantic. You really do cheer me up :)

  • @R1L0CI That's because my gender has never altered, hence you can always predict my attraction to accuracy.

  • speed cameras will kill more than save, people driver slower in towns etc were speed cameras are and use lower gears so use more petrol a car driving at 29mph is far less economic than one driving at 35mph, and when millions of cars are driving at the lower speed to avoid getting speeding fines thats an extra few hundred thousand barrels of oil burnt every day which means peak oil will happen quicker and without oil no fertilizers or pesticides can be made so millions in the third world starve..

  • @MrBorderghost Can you supply any evidence to support your claim about speed cameras killing? Cameras are on all roads, motorways, A & B roads, not just iun urban areas. ‘It’s 30m for a reason’, to reduce the level of physical trauma when a collison takes place.

You’d really prefer cars & HGV’s to travel at 60mph through built up areas to be more economical?

  • what a joke these old gits playing at being a policeman, have they got anything better to do with their time, i was once in a area where there was mobile speed checks by these "GOOD CITIZENS" i told them to get a life and keep out of my way

  • @stevedewsbury You clearly do not understand that their actions improve the local quality of life, something they do voluntarily.

They do not get in anyone's way.

  • JOKE!

  • PRICELESS :)))))) KEEPING OLD AND USELESS PPL OCCUPIED IN THE COMMUNITY SNITCHING ON THY NEIGHBOR!!! I GUESS IT ALLOWS ORDINARY MEMBERS OF PUBLIC FEEL USE FULL OR THAT THEY EXIST IN THE COMMUNITY OR ITS SIMPLY AN EXCUSE FOR THOSE AGED PPL TO HAVE A PURPOSE AND BE OUT OTHERWISE ITS THE OLD SOFA AND ANOTHER CUP OF TEA! funny that u get a letter of warning from police,,,, i wonder if that waring letter counts as a crime or incident dealt by police which counts towards their targets!! LOL

  • I WOULD TURN MY CAR AROUND... PARK NEARBY,,, AND WALK UP TO THOSE NOSY CUNTS AND PEPPERS SPRAY THEIR FACES! AND DEFINITELY SELL THEIR SPEEDING GUNS ON EBAY! ! kmt.

if i receive a speeding ticket its the usual Mr CHING CHANG. lol . HE DROVE MY CAR THAT DAY... U send back HIS DETAILS AND GIVE THE police A MATES ADDRESS IN UK OR ABROAD ;) AND THEN SIMPLY SIGN BACK AS MR CHANG AND UP YOUR's officer!!! chang admitted liability, and im off the hook Sir. LOOPHOLE! ;) worked least 5 times...

  • @bigtingsz So Mr Chang drove your car that day. When the enquiry officer knocks on your door & shows you the photograph with your face clearly in view, what do you say?

  • @lollygaggle SimpleS! try and prove it in COURT. LOL what else ! and on the court date bring evidence of a vehicle hire on that day from a mate ; ) and take that vehicle hire paper to court and show U were renting a vehicle and signing paperwork at the time of offense some 100 miles away!!!!!! AND THE JUDGE MUST TURN DOWN THE PROSECUTION CASE. and yeah u dont have to use mr chang!!! could be your twin brothers name at a different address! & no brother exists! SimpleS!!! kmt's!! Sorry!!

  • @bigtingsz You misunderstand, you'd be done for perverting the course of justice & you don't think it would be easy for the police to disprove the twin brother claim? You've heard of birth certificates?

Evidence of a vehicle hire from a mate? Your face in the picture = you'd serve prison time.

  • @lollygaggle IT WORKED 5 TIMES AT LEAST!!!! that's plenty of times!! Red lights,,, Rear flashing speed cameras',, parking fines!!! AND NEVER HAD THEY A PHOTO OF a FACE!!! CAUSE THERE WAS NO DOUBT!!! SOMEONE else Claims LIABILITY!!

  • @bigtingsz No. the LTI connected to the Concept DVD system will record your face you'll never know when.

  • @lollygaggle worked 5 times lol but i c your point about birth certificates!! it might apply to UK born nationals! but Im just saying as we are a cosmopolitan country id say a big amount of us can manipulate this system easily. Hence you can send the fine or ticket to a non uk address and if ur not born in uk they cant prove nada!!! it could be someones twin brother.AND i really find it hard to c Police will go through all that effort if they have no Doubt in the first place! hence it worked.

  • These people should have machine guns and blast everyone.me included

  • @Dogslow Why would you machine gun people?

  • @MrOogdaboogda Only when Neighbours and Home & Away is broadcast.

  • If i got a 'warning letter' in the post to tell me some pensioner had caught me at 34 in a 30 I would wipe my arse with it.

Fucking old people. All that excitement pretending to be the police and not be worthless might give them a heart attack though.

  • @oipolloi999 But it isn't sent by pensioners - they don't have access to DVLA records.

Can you elaborate why you think that being community spirited is inappropriate?

  • @lollygaggle It would be bloody obvious that the letter had been sent as a result of the pensioners being dickheads and pretending to be the police waving their speed gun around. Recieving a warning letter for speeding only occurs following being 'caught' by the Community Speed Watch, if caught by law enforcers you'll recieve a NIP for prosecution; therefore pensioners having access to the DVLA is irrelevant.

    You fucking stupid dumbarse.

  • Comment removed

  • @lollygaggle Why have you implied that I think being community spirited is inappropriate? What is really open to debate here is what are these pensioner dickheads going to achieve? Nobody gives two shits; I personally don't even give one if they catch me speeding. Hence I'm expressing why it's a WASTE OF TIME.

Their action tremor components of Parkinson's disease probably gives a wholly inaccurate vehicle speed measurement using a handheld speed detector too.

    You racist.

  • @oipolloi999 Because you stated earlier 'what a waste of time'.

No-one is pretending to be police, hence it is called COMMUNITY speedwatch, members of villages get involved in promoting speed awareness. Hope this helps.

  • @oipolloi999 Can you detail what you know about community speedwatch programmes?

  • @oipolloi999 well don't fucking speed and the problem disappears. It's YOU that's breaking the law, not these pensioners, stop looking for scapegoats.

  • Probably better that they're out doing something to keep them busy and make them feel like theyre being useful instead of causing a massive queue in the harvester during early bird dinnertime, or post office when im trying to post a fucking letter on pension day. Stupid old people.

  • So what you just admitted to me is, "I had to go take a course and get licensed in essence." Wow yet arguing? Interesting.

  • @alpinestarslidar Me? Who are you responding to?

Can you elaborate as to the point you are attempting to make?

  • I hope they get run over by some cunt doing 70 in the 30. Stupid old pricks; what a waste of time.

  • Fucking stupid old biddies with nothing better to do pissing everyone off. Fuck off indoors and watch countdown.

  • @baminyoeye1 But they don't piss everyone off, their local community is extremely grateful for their efforts at reducing the localised speeding issue.

  • @lollygaggle Surely it would be a wiser investment to put their time to something more worthwhile? Like hiding in a dark cornering and leaving everyone alone?

  • @baminyoeye1 Dark cornering? Is English not your first language?

Community Speedwatch is highly worthwhile & an excellent investment in time.

  • @lollygaggle No english is not my first language, you being racist?

  • @baminyoeye1 No, I am being a realist.

  • Pathetic busybodies.

  • @MissyBallerina89 Why do you believe that anyone who freely gives their time to improving the quality of life in a community is a 'busybody'?

  • Now since your so intelligent, perhaps you would know that Radar is a radio by definiton? Duh. Meaning you need a license to operate that equipment. I am so sick of retard old men that think they know everything, about everything of everything on youtube. They spout off not knowing the laws. When you have no idea whom your arguing with to begin with. Real intelligent. Lastly just incase your slow mind doesn't understand Radar stands for, "Radio, Distance, and Ranging." Hmm? Interesting?

  • @alpinestarslidar I assume you are responding to me - try to remember to hit 'Reply' otherwise the recipient will not be aware.

In the UK, you take a training course that culminates in a certificate, radar or laser, this negates the need for any 'licence'. I

  • Why don't you look up FCC Part 90 of the regulations for radio wave trasnmissions. Then maybe you will realize that even though you are in a different zone of the ITU. Then again maybe if you had a amature radio license you would know that the ITU stands for the, "Internation Telecomunications UNION!." Meaning weather your in the UK or USA there are laws which require you for all frequenceies unless otherwise stated to obtain a license to operate that radio.

  • I wonder if this granny knows she is in violation of the law? With her part 90 necessary radar gun? I wonder if the old bag knows she needs a license to utilize this equipment? Otherwise it is technically illegal.

  • @alpinestarslidar Which British law are you citing exactly? What 'licence' is needed?

I wonder if you you have the slightest clue what you are typing about?

  • Someone kill these faggots

  • @millsy1804 Are you really suggesting that murder is appropriate for those with the gusto to actually participate in a scheme designed to reduce localised speeding problems through their community?

  • @lollygaggle Yes

  • @millsy1804 Then you will appreciate the reasons why there are measures to identify those motorists who make life impossible for many rural communities. It is while attitudes such as that displayed by your good self proliferate, that such campaigns will run & evolve.

  • silly old bastards

  • @badgern They are carrying out a valuable service that improves the quality of community life.

  • @lollygaggle

still trolling speed camera videos then I see? You need to find a new hobby before the funding cuts really start to bite.

  • @R1L0CI What you don't realise is that police will take over all mobile enforcement as partnerships dissolve, this is happening now. This will mean that there will be a dramatic increase in mobile enforcement nationally.

It truth is trolling, then I'm cool with that.

    Any questions, just ask.

  • @lollygaggle A simple "yes" would have sufficed.

  • @R1L0CI No, yes would not have been appropriate, the gaps in your knowledge required filling in.

The funding cuts are making speed enforcement much more aggressive with those constabularies who continue it & you will see a marked increase in mobile detections. The government currently have no plans to stop speeding detection & want it to continue.

  • @lollygaggle I am in awe of your wisdom. Truly.

  • @R1L0CI I do not believe information is wisdom - it is what you do with what you learn that makes the great great.

    Truly.

  • its been proven there not accurate free hold, was on tv about speed camera's even there not accurate an if not held properly can affect the beam pattern to the front of vehicle an stuff like hedges and bus stops that are in way of the beam can adjust the speed that they give out look it up an then quote on my comment.

  • @lowdailys Is the scope in the above clip radar or laser?

  • @lowdailys lowdailys - laser or radar?

  • @lowdailys You said look it up - but you clearly don't know as much as you claim to.

Perhaps it is time for you to do some research?

  • SHIP THEM OUT THEY SUCK I HOPE SOMEONE TORCHES THERE HOUSE THEY ARE SCUM, WHY CANT THE STOP BEEN PATHETIC IT HAS TO BE ON A FUCKING TRIPOD RETARDS PROBERLY CANT USE A PHONE HOW IS IT ACCURATE JUST HOLDING IT FREE HAND LIKE A TORCH.

  • @lowdailys Hi low, there is no requirement for the scope to be tripod mounted, it is designed & type approved for hand-held operation.

  • Of course, the key issue here, is that speed enforcement doesn't generate anywhere near the figures that your average punter believes it does - in fact, it costs more than it currently generates. Hence, the entire argument collapses & as enforcement continues, it can only be about speed reduction & consequently a reduction in physical trauma when a collision takes place.

  • Actually NO, I haven't ...not wearing a seatbelt, but THAT is another matter which has NO bearing on what I was writing earlier

  • @colliecandle Easy mistake to make, not putting your belt on. No shame in that.

  • @colliecandle Perhaps you were putting a Mike Oldfield CD into the player & just forgot?

  • Now I understand you say [from your last comment][ that you have NEVER driven over a prescribed speed limit? In THAT case, I call you a L I A R !

  • @colliecandle No probs, you are entitled to your opinion.

Any more info on speed enforcement, you are free to ask.

  • @colliecandle I assume you have been done for speeding though?

  • So I ask you again - if you are on a downward gradient and the vehicle in front is going slower than you, do you hit it?

    You never answered.

  • @lollygaggle No, you dont! And I ask AGAIN as you refuse a straight YES or NO: Have you never exceed a speed limit?

  • @colliecandle No I don't what?

The answer to your question is yes.

    Now answer mine.

  • @lollygaggle yes, I DID answer your question. You asked whether I'd drive into the vehicle in front! Rather a silly question as I have a 'clean' licence, and have had since 1976 ! So I think NO might be a possible reply to that! But I'm glad you have, at LAST admitted to breaking the law yourself re speed limits. But I think you also miss the main point here. I am NOT and never have, advocated speeding per se. Just that ANYONE, even YOU, can and does on occasion transgress! End of matter

  • @colliecandle Admitted to breaking the law?

You asked 'Have you never exceed a speed limit'.

To which i responded - 'Yes' (I have never exceed a speed limit).

What was your response to my question again?

  • FUCKIN OLD CUNT CAN`T HOLD IT PROPERLY !!!!! GET A CLOSER LOOK PEOPLE WAKE UP!! THIS IS ALLL WRONG!!!!

  • @soton000 Can you elaborate as to why you believe speeding in built up areas should not be enforced?

  • @lollygaggle the way she holds that speed gun is wrong and when it is wrong then it it pointlesss you have to stand still and hold it straight ,and in front of a news camera she is acting like fckn Clint Eastwood because of that it could add you up to 10 mph to your speed count and then you get stupid letter from constabulary IS THI ENOUGH?? :-))))

  • @soton000 Don't be misled by what you hear down the pub - hand held speed detection devices do not work if moved during usage - they return an error message & no speed reading.

  • @soton000 Where in the above clip is she attempting to get a speed reading whilst pointing it at a specific vehicle? To me it appears as if she is moving it quickly to read a fresh vehicle, not moving it whilst locked on to one.

  • @lollygaggle Im not arguing with you any more as I can clearly see that you are not in this subject ,go back to eastenders or coronation st ..............Regardzzz

  • @soton000 Acknowledged.

  • @soton000 Do they watch Eastenders in east Africa?

  • Accidently mount the kerb, even at 20mph lol! "Police are overstretched at this time"??? what ??? Get the lazy bastards out of their cosy cars and onto the street fighting real crime what our council tax pays for, what a laugh.

  • Shes not even pointing that radar gun properly, Shes not evening holding it steady.

  • @THEFEASTOFTHEDROWNED 'Evening holding it steady?' I guess English isn't your first language?

  • look at these old cunts. i doubt they can even drive anymore. - blind to logic and any critical thinking skills.

    - we probably should hit these people with our vehicles

  • EVERYONE who drives exceeds speed limits at some time or other, intentionally or otherwise. If they say they don't or haven't, then I call them L I A R S. Until, and I stress, UNTIL, all of us drive with due care AND attention, there is no room by ANYONE to critisize others. Even the police regularly exceed limits, and I don't mean just speed ones either! Excessive speed is not acceptable on ANY road. But keeping STRICTLY to limits is virtually impossible, given other aspects of driving

  • @colliecandle Which other aspects specifically?

  • @lollygaggle Specifically? Where it is IMPOSSIBLE to keep STRICTLY [watch my lips!] strictly within a given limit.........the gradient of the road, the type of vehicle, gearing . I suppose YOU NEVER EVER exceed the limit, even by 1 mph EVER?!

Given variables involved a certain amount latitude from a STRICT limit is not possible - even police I have spoken to tell me there is a permissable 'overspeed' before a ticket is issued because in the REAL world NO one and or/vehicle is perfect

  • @colliecandle Yes, the police are correct, ACPO Guideilnes allow a 10% + 2 'overspeed' as you put it to take into account inaccuracies in speedo technology etc. Some constabularies give you even more. So in a 30 zone, prosecution starts at 36mph, in a 40, 48mph & in a 50, 60mph. Cool huh?

So you are going down a gradient & the vehicle in front is going at 27mph - you simply drive into the back of it?

  • @lollygaggleI have been driving probably many more years than you, and have done so without accident or grief to myself OR others. All Iam trying to say is, it is IMPOSSIBLE to keep staring at the speedometer to ensure your vehicle doesn't creep over [or under for that matter] the prescribed limit. If you DO, then I suggest you will not live long as you should be watching the road and vehicles forward and the the rear of you

  • @colliecandle Experienced drivers do not need to keep their eyes on anything other than the road ahead. Experienced drivers know that only downward gradients or downward pressure on the throttle increases velocity.

Travel at a speed that allows you to stop safely within the distance you can see - if you do not, then you are either too close or too fast. Once you've entered a new speed threshold, set your speed to a comfortable speed below it & maintain it depending on traffic flow.

  • @lollygaggle OK mr perfect - you have STILL avoided my question/point that YOU have NEVER exceeded a speed limit, even by a fraction? And I know how to drive very well thank you. A vehicle is QUITE capable of picking up a mile or two an hour WITHOUT pressure to the accelerator if on a falling gradient!

  • @colliecandle You are given a generous leeway (in the UK) & you will not be prosecuted for a couple of MPH over the posted threshold.

But we've been all thru this in your previous incarnations many times.

  • @lollygaggle "Thru" is NOT an english word - so I presume you are not a 'Brit'?

  • @colliecandle Thanks for responding, but you are clearly avoiding my question;

If the vehicle in front on a downward gradient is going slower, do you hit it?

  • @colliecandle If you are finding it imposssible to control your vehicle, then either the vehicle is faulty or you need some form of driving refresher.

    Hope that helps.

  • @colliecandle of course it is.
