In the Marines you mostly wake up then run. Then you run some more. They you do sit ups and push ups. Then you run. And then you run more. Then you do pull ups. Then you run more.

My old lacrosse coach ruined his knees from squatting too. But that's because he overextended. You can safetly squat without destroying your knees aslong as the lowest you go is getting your femurs parallel to theground. Any lower and you'll cause damage. Any higher and you're a bitch
Trust me Squats are way better for you then knee extensions and knee curls if anyone does any research they would know that squats are the most functional training for you legs and butt!
It isn't the same asshole. Would you rather ruin your knees? Walking up the stairs doesn't put as much pressure on your knee cap and joint. squatting puts as much as you weigh on your knee. I would rather avoid that work out, and proceed with healthy knee joints and caps, thank you!

I'm someone who can get off about 25-30 pullups consecutively. It took me a long time to work up to that. Most people don't work out their back enough thats why its so difficult for the majority of people. Either that or you're a pussy lol
both incerasing reps to around 20 and incerase weights. The pullups are quite hard , but they need to be train separately. First measure you max reps in one set of pullups. Divide by two and those half will be your reps in the set. Do something around 5 to 10 sets. Beside that do the lowers , put a box under the bar, stand on it. Wear some weight backpack with around 20 kg hold the bar and go slowly down in each rep. That way you will workout your stepup stamina also

its pretty gd if u do it all at 2o reps or above an then obviously increase the amount of reps every 3 weeks or so an try an incorporate running into the regime aswell.

i prefer the asian workout philosphy of getting used to certain circumstances.
like staying in a knee bent position for a period of time.

As for the difficulity- if this is too easy for you then add 10-20 kg more to each dumbell and perform pullups with 10-20kg backpack.

If you can't do them consecutive, tried to do them 1 at a time. then maybe after a little while do 2 at a time.. but try to do ten in all.
