In the back ground the instrument of the dulcimer playing is so emotional. It is an instrument that is very common in the Hungarian and Romanian - gypsy folks music.

The Romanian have the best pan flute players. For me ...Radu and Gheorghe are the most talented ones :-)

Moving the panflute to produce a vibrato is apparently the Romanian style. This person is playing in a Romanian folk music competition, so it would make sense to do it this way.

This instrument is 6000 years old.Nobody knows who invented it but there is a legend that says that is was invented by the God Pan, god of nature and old Greece. By this you realize how important it is,how many instruments have their own legend.This is one of the most beautiful instruments in the world.

Bravooo! Ma bucur mult ca Zamfir are asemenea urmasi. Ai o tehnica excelenta. Daca vei reusi sa transmiti emotia cantecului si prin mimica fetei, vei ajunge un maestru al flautului. Acest lucru il vei reusi daca atunci cand interpretezi te lasi patruns de iubirea pentru cantec. Mult scuccess!!!

In the secound part there are two romanian dances from Banat ( a region in the west part of the country): the first one is a "brau" and it can be written in masure 7/16 and the second one is a "dance for two"(in 2/4).
