Luckily for Tim, not everyone subscribes to his philosophy that we shouldn't use more resources than we need, or he'd be out of business. Who on earth 'needs' a knife that used all the time and energy he puts into making them? How is it consistent for him to criticize people who drive gas-guzzlers when he caters to the moneyed crowd?
