As for anyone else being able to make use of No More Words or Loaded... Anything he's used in WWE they may have some degree of legal rights preventing him from using it anywhere else for wrestling.

From everything I've seen the initial reason behind this storyline was Jeff had a variety of injuries that were piling up and he wanted some time to heal along with having a couple personal projects he wanted some time to get off the ground
