  • Pretty damned amazing for diatonic harmonica......I've heard some pretty good versions on

chromatic. This is the best dia I've heard.

  • @karpdiem2 : Thanks !

  • holy sheep doo doo! I did not know this was even possible.

  • @mrtvsmith : Thanks a lot !!! Like many things, it is possible, the only thing is to believe it when you begin to work on it :-)

  • Hi Jerome,

you must use a lot of overblows in this tune...By the way, what harps do you use ? I have a blues harp tweeked but the overblow's not smoothe. Can you recommend a harp for smoothe playing with overblows ? Thanks.

  • @Babsjoseph : I use Brodur SebCharlier harps. They are the best I know for smooth overblows, as well as highly precise bends. Quite expensive, but they are definitely worth the investment !! You can find them on sebcharlier website. Brodur also has its own website, he produces great handmade harmonicas, with Hohner reeds inside !

Then, practice again and again ...

  • @monsieurLAmourde : Thanks !

  • Hey Jerome, this is just incredible ! If you can play Charlie Parker on the harp, I guess you can play just about anything....Great ! Thanks.

  • @Babsjoseph : Not far from it, but I'll need 3 more lives to do it correctly :-)

Thank you very much for your nice comment !

  • This dude is smokin'. That's the best straight-ahead jazz harp I've ever heard. Congratulations!

  • @walterscanlon : Wow ! that may be a bit exagerated, but I keep it like that anyway :-) Thanks a lot, I'm honored !

  • Great, my friend!! Very nice work!

  • Great as always Jers Murse!

  • Tu es vraiment impressionnant !

(Et en plus, tu souris ! !)

    Bravo

  • @GPAT06 : oui, mais seulement une fois par an (pour les deux :-)) ! A bientôt le GPAT !

  • Bravo Jerome !

    Amicalement :

    Steph.

  • Excellent !

  • @HARMONICA41 : Thanks a lot !

  • Cool.

BTW try to play it with Bb diatonic. It can be easier.

  • @etaborya : A french proverb says : "why make it simple when you can make it complicated ?" :-) Thanks.

  • Excellent work Jerome ! A sanctuary for Bird lovers :)

  • Great stuff! I'm most impressed with your speed. It's hard enough to get all the right notes in a Bird solo, but to play them at speed too is fabulous!

  • @jazmaan : fortunately, I didn't chose the quickest Bird's tune :-) Thanks Jazmaan, I know you are a Bird fan and player !

  • impressionnant comme toujours !!!!

  • Wowwwwwwwwww

  • @Diggsblues : Yeeeaaah !!! :-) Thanks.

  • great job!

    Konstantin

  • I like it so much!

  • @13XtrM : Merci Seb ! Quelques overdraws du 7 pas évidents ici, j'espère que t'avances de ton côté sur le sujet :-)
