there should be a map on the cd case of your GTA IV (no matter what console) look at the legend of the map and it will tell you all the srip clubs, bars, etc.

Well, impressive PC set up. I tip my hat to you. But wasted on GTA4 PC edition. Not worth the 16-18GB to install. I see no real graphic improvement over the console versions. But it might be hard to tell in a Youtube video.
